Hello everyone,
I have just caught up on the thread as I have rounded down the bank to my sabbatical with teeny weeny £0.85.
Carboot, please reconsider and try to stay on the challenge. Today's addition for me shows we don't need to add much as long as it's an "ADD"
Clearly I don't know your full situation so it's up to you
Stay positive everyone

Morning LittleMissDetermined .... How are you this morning? Hope you are well
Can I just check - Did you want me to Update your Total by 85p? I wasn't sure if you had added it to your EF or if it had gone into another Pot...
Thank you for your encouraging words to carbootcrazy hun xXx

Morning
Yeah, I'm OK. I'm up with the crazy dogs this morning... the 85p is for my 3-6 month fund so yes, can you update my total?
I know it's not much but I like to have a rounded-down balance at the bank (a little OCD)

Well done Helen, adding another fiver is fab, every step is a step forward no matter how big or small, you are doing brill. :T
I echo that for you too LMD, if you only did your 85p once a week that would give you £44.20 after a year, if it was daily it equals £310.25 after a year so really does add up when you look at it like that.
Without wishing to sound like a supermarket advert ' every little really does help',
Happy Thursday peeps

Hiya LittleMissDetermined ..... Don't worry hun, I've Updated your Total....And, as Dobbibill says, every little bit helps!!
Morning Dobbibill hun....How are you? You are so sweet to encourage me...thank you....and it really will be like this for a while for me, just a fiver at a time... but you're always right when you say every little bit helps0 -
Just got back from the Gym...and I have put my next Fiver into the EF Terramundi!!
It might take me 10 years to get a £6000 EF but I WILL get there in the end....I don't care how long it takes...the important thing is that I'm getting there... xXx0 -
Well done Helen for your next fiver!
I now have my DF (decorating fund) as well as my EF! Using the Lloyds "Save the Change" transfer has netted me £2.74 in four days!:T I've been ebaying like a mad thing as well, and should have a couple of hundred to add after fees etc. I'm really pleased with that. I know I should probably put it in the EF, but it was stuff I found in the loft that I didn't even know I had, so I'm looking on the DF as somewhere little bonuses go (eg the £30 cash back I'll get for staying with the same gas/elec provider - thanks Martin!:money:), that I can have fun decorating with when the house is finally mine. I could get a bit ranty pants about that malarkey, which is dragging on way longer than it should because someone is a bit of a you-know-what, but it's Friday so let's :beer:3-6 month EF Challenge Member #19: £3590/£6000.[/B] Craft destash from 22.5.22: 46/200.
