You're welcome Simon, £60 cashback does seem to be a little too good to be true!
I wouldn't worry too much. Remember the date you can make the enquiry and if there is still nothing showing then enquire. I have done this twice (not with dialaphone) and been successful both times. hth
Cheers linzz
want to order another one through quidco but don't want to draw it to their attention too much by having an outstanding transaction going through/being queried.
Thanks

I got a phone from DP via quidco in Septmeber and it tracked almost immediately. I was due payment in October but found it was delayed to November and began to get worried. Just yesterday however the payment status had changed to 'received'. I have been critical of quidco in the past but give credit when it is due. You're welcome Simon, £60 cashback does seem to be a little too good to be true!

Just got the nokia 6500 classic on a deal with dialaphone, and want to return it or swap it for a handset with better battery life...
but looking at their returns policy, it states the phone must not have been used. I have used the handset, but there's no damage or anything, not a single blemish. Their returns policy does say it doesnt affect your legal rights... so I was wondering, do the long-distance selling laws apply here? or am I likely stuck with a charge-a-day phone
thanks,

Section 17.2 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Act simply states that you must "take reasonable care" of the goods. I'm no lawyer, but it may be worth arguing the case.0

I know when I wanted to return a phone to them they told me it had to be in the box and sealed. I think it states it somewhere on their paperwork but don't quote me in case I wrong on that bit.Just got the nokia 6500 classic on a deal with dialaphone, and want to return it or swap it for a handset with better battery life...

Just wondering if anyone can advise me on this? I ordered the lg viewty from dialaphone yesterday & it all seemed to go through, delivery being today. Just been on emails and I havent received a confirmation email so phoned their really annoying phoneline but it didn't recognise any of my details nor did the online help. Just wondering if it hasn't gone through properly? Do i put the order through again or am i risking ending up with 2 phones? Im presuming as nothing recognises me & no email that it's not gone through, thanks0

I'm looking for a good upgrade deal for my mobile and have seen quite a good one on the dialaphone website but when I try to ring any of their telephone numbers I just keep getting the message that they hang up? Are they still trading? I want to speak to someone first before putting an order through?? Help

Hi, just took out a dialaphone contract and want to cancel the insurance on it costs 5.99 a monht first 3 months are free, and i need to send a writen letter to the insurance company cancelling. anyone know what this address is and what details you should put on it, on the dialaphone website all it says is this..."This policy may be cancelled in writing at any time during the three month free period at no cost. Thereafter the policy may be cancelled by giving one month’s written notice to the insurer Allianz Insurance plc.".....has anyone done this before and had any problems? thankyou.0

Cancellation
1. If, when you receive this policy, you decide not to proceed for any reason, and we receive a request within 3 months, we will cancel the policy from the start date. You will not have to pay any fees. Please write to: Allianz Schemes, 6 Vale Avenue, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EH. This 3-month period includes the statutory 14 day cancellation period.
2. After this initial period, the cover may be cancelled anytime by giving 30 days written notice to the above address, but no refund of premium will be made.
3. This policy will automatically end 60 months after the start date.
4. We may cancel the policy by giving you 30 days notice in writing to you at your last known address.
5. This insurance is automatically cancelled and all benefits forfeited by you:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Hi
I'm thinking about buying a phone with Dialaphone on cashback, are they to be trusted?
Thanks
