I am 10 months into my Dailaphone contract and they've paid up the cashback no problem.
They don't have any stunning deals at the moment but if you do go with them go through www.quidco.com for £60 for a new contract. Plus if you know a current customer you can do refer a friend too. This varies from between £20 & £40 per referral and you can refer yourself!
Are you allowed to refer yourself? I did and the status in the "recommend a friend" bit has gone from processing to "cancelled". I assume they cancelled it because I referred myself?0 -

I referred myself sucessfully and OH as I take out two contracts in my name one for me and one for DD. The operator told me about it when I ordered my first deal from them before I discovered Quidco. Online they just ask for the phone number.
I've always thought it was a bit of a loophole them paying Quidco £60 and then me £20 for the same referral. Perhaps they have stopped this. The referral fee for me was only paid after the contract had been in effect for 1 month. You could try next time coming to an arrangement with a friend. If I refer a friend then I give them 1/2 of what I get.

Hi,
I hope someone can help in what may seem a silly question but I brought a phone (the best deal I could find) on PAYG last week and the photo was of a blue one and no colour mentioned but when it arrived it was silver and as it was a gift for my 12 year old daughter for christmas and she had specifically asked for a blue one I sent it back to them un-opened via Special Delivery. I received an e-mail confirming they had received the phone on Tuesday and would be processing a refund and then on Wednesday I got another e-mail telling me that they would be topping up the phone within 2 days
I e-mailed them back sending them a copy of my first e-mail and got an e-mail back the same day apologising and telling me that in order to issue a refund they would need my bank details (which I used to pay for the phone). My family said that I shouldn't give out these details. Can anyone please advise me as I need the money refunded in order to buy my daughter the phone she wants.
Many thanks in advance.0 -
