Just got a question in regards to my final claim!

My cashback claims have gone pretty well with Dialaphone as I have had my cheque within a week!

Well my last cheque was posted on the 24th December and they sent a message saying that if it does not arrive within 10 days then I should claim for a new cheque, which I did last Thursday.

They sent me a message saying :

I can confirm that we have received your communication advising us that you require a replacement cheque. We are currently investigating the matter and will contact you in due course with an outcome. Until the investigation has been completed our agents are unable to assist you further.

So the original cheque arrives this morning. I have just sent them an email explaining this but not sure if I should cash the cheque on Monday. Should I wait for them to respond first or should I just cash the cheque?

Never had any problems so I have no idea how long they take to respond!

    Cheers

  • Hi maniac...
I had exactly the same issue with my last claim. My advice is that you should cash in your cheque ASAP. That's what I did and then didn't heard anything back from DAP. No news is good news. Its been 3 months since and now I am preparing to claim next cashback.
    Hope ths helps.

    Hi All,
I am thinking to use DAP - T mobile, do they use Air time credit or cash back with this network?
    thanks

Did you receive an answer to your question? Are you a current customer, as im trying to get some feedback from people before i buy from dialaphone.

HI - HAVE YOU HAD ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT DIALAPHONE? LIKE YOU I WANT TO KNOW HOW RELIABLE DIALAPHONE IS BEFORE GOING WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE A VERY ATTRACTIVE DEAL FROM THEM.

ANY INPUT YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL - THANKS

They are owned by phones4u so should be fine. I fully completed a 12 months free line rental deal with another phones4u site flawlessly and I have just received my first cheque from dial-a-phone, just 5 days after I sent in the bill!
  • Thanks very much:T

I am 10 months into my Dailaphone contract and they've paid up the cashback no problem.

They don't have any stunning deals at the moment but if you do go with them go through www.quidco.com for £60 for a new contract. Plus if you know a current customer you can do refer a friend too. This varies from between £20 & £40 per referral and you can refer yourself!

I am just coming to the end, 25th March, of 2 Tmob flext35 contracts. I am waiting for my last redemption bill to arrive now. I have had no problems with DAP at all, found them very helpful and obliging. I have cancelled both contracts with Tmob as they cannot compete with DAP. So I will be taking out 2 new contracts with DAP using Quidco as I will get £60 back from them for each phone, I will order them 2 days apart to make sure. With Quidcos £60 that equates to £5/month on a 12 month contract or £3.33 on an 18 month contract. Not bad eh?
  • This is great. To date I've had 2 favourable replies re Dialaphone

And thank you so much for giving me the Quidco info - that'll make it even better
