There was another thread running which i can't find but that discussed cashback dates. However, I had to send my bill in that was dated between 26th October and 26th November to reach them between 26th November and 26th December. I therefore sent in my bill dated 26th October yesterday using 2nd class recorded, and have just this minute received an email to say my claim has arrived and is approved and that my £44 will be with me by cheque in 7 days.

    That is pretty impressive!

    Hi,

Purchased Nokia 6300 on o2 400 from Dialaphone through Quidco a week ago but nothing is showing up in my Quidco account.

How long does Dialaphone normally take to track?

(I have registered an enquiry ticket but Quidco putting it on hold for a couple of weeks to see if it tracks automatically)

I want to order another phone from Dialaphone but am reluctant if the quidco doesn't come through.

    Cheers

    Simon

    I have a 12 month contract cashback due month 6th/9th & 12th (4 months @£15 cashback = £60.00

On contract it say ''You can claim a reduced line rental of £15.00 per month for 12 months by redemption. You can claim £60.00 at months 6, 9 & 12 of your contract''

My 1st cashback is due as below, this is 4 months I have 4 bills do I have to send each one seperatly?
    I am confused, Please help.......

    Redempton/Cashback Details

Mobile No Redemption Start Date Expiry Date Received Date Paid Date Payment Method Value o7***** Cashback 09 Dec 2007 09 Jan 2008 £60.00

Please make sure you do so before the expiry date as we are unable to process late claims. Also, if you have ported your number or you have changed your address, it is vital that you update your details with us to ensure payment - you can do this via our Customer Care Online service.

To ensure that your claim is processed quickly we suggest you only send in one claim at a time. Sending more than one bill in the same envelope can slow down the automated scanning system and cause delays. If you are redeeming for more than one phone please put the bills in separate envelopes.

SORRY SPELT REDEMPTION WRONG ON THREAD I don't know how to change it...

Yes, DAP are pretty crap after you've ordered but keep at it. Email them at cc@dialaphone.coma and they usually answer within a few days.

If anyone is in breach of contract it is DAP and not the network. Your contract with the network is completely seperate from your contract with DAP so whatever you do, don't cancel the DD with them.

Email DAP and tell them what you want e.g. XBox 360 or cash equivalent within (say) 14 days and what you expect from them. You may need to follow this up with a letter (by special delivery) to their postal address if you don't get any joy.

Can't remember how long dialaphone take to track but they do pay. I ordered a phone in June and it was tracked and validated quite quickly. Not sure when I received the money as it's since been paid into my bank so only that date shows.

    Thanks linzz,

When I went through Quidco to Dialaphone I got the following address -

    dialaphone.co.uk/buyat3/?lid=quidco- an affiliate link

Unfortunately it still hasn't tracked (after 8 days) - wish I had taken a screen print!

You're welcome Simon, £60 cashback does seem to be a little too good to be true!

I wouldn't worry too much. Remember the date you can make the enquiry and if there is still nothing showing then enquire. I have done this twice (not with dialaphone) and been successful both times. hth

I was in the same position as you, but reading back a few posts it seems what you have to do is send bill 6 (yours being dated 9th November) on or after 9th December (but well before 9th January) for your first £60. Then do the same with bills 9 and 12. hth.
