Today's Credit rating for Dialaphone is 75 out of 100 (Very good credit worthiness) and the credit system i use says that they could be loaned up to the value of 750000 per month, so they should be OK. :T
In thier last accounts up to 03/2006 they had a net worth of over 6 million.0 -
when u order from them, if you don't want to wait for quidco just tell them that you know u can get the £60 taken off (as the prices are inflated for this reason) and they will take it off the phone contract price, therefore getting the £60 immediately....also on the refer a friend if u have been a customer with them b4 u can refer yourself

Is it possible to haggle with dialaphone and if you have what sucess did you have?
thanks0 -
I ordered a phone through dial a phone and then changed my mind and sent it back as soon as it arrived. The thing is, i was due to get an ipod touch free, and paid £39.99 towards it. Now the phone is cancelled, how do i get my £39.99 back? I cannot find a number for dialaphone, only an automated line that is no help at all or a sales number, which does not have info on customers. Any help...please??I like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)0

You will get the £60 and prob no more...they are pretty competitive on prices to be honest...I spent 2 weeks comparing (I wanted PS3 and Sony Ericsson fone) and I was happy with the deal I got ( £109 for SEricsson K810i 12mth contract with 02 400 mins 500texts + 60gb PS3) £35 monthThese are the Good 'ol Days just wait and see!0 -

I hope someone can help me.
I got a contract phone from dialaphone in June on a half price (through redemption at months 6, 9 and 12) deal.
On the claim instructions it says for claim 1; I must post my bill that is dated between 21 Nov and 21 Dec 2007. (Please refer to the actual bill date rather than the bill period). This must be received by us between 21 Dec 2007 and 21 Jan 2008.
Common sense tells me that I should send bill 7 that will be dated 21 Dec, that will arrive around 25 Dec and then send it off to reach them before 21 Jan.
But I have just received bill 6 dated 21 Nov which is also within their date limit and just panicking in case I sen the wrong one and invalidate my claim!!
Could someone who has used dialaphone before and knows their system please help me out.0 -
I think this has already been discussed here before. I am also with dialaphone but have not made any cashback claims yet so cannot speak from experience but I would send in the earlier bill as that will give you a few days headstart to chheck with dialaphone if they have accepted it. If not, then send the December bill. I don't see anything in their terms and conditions stating that future cashbacks will be invalidated if you do make a mistake(read your own t&c first to make sure though) so you will probably have very little to lose anyway.0
