  • I'd just like to point out that I've had a read through the help section, but I'd like to see something a bit more definitive before I get tied into a contract, thanks.

I've just checked and it does say claims to be submitted between 26th November and 26th Decemeber so I was too early. I'm still not sure though which bill I should send after the 26th, the october bill or the November bill both of which will be dated between the 26th Ocotber and the 26th November?

If anyone has already successfully made a claim can they confirm that only the original front sheet showing the bill is required as per the original instructions? The instructions say only the summary and bill is required and not the itemised billing sheets, pages 2-4 of my bill are all just details of calls, but I have decided to add the final sheet to the claim as well as there is a little mini summary on there.

    The terms and conditions say:

The bill submitted must be the original or a clearly legible photocopy. The bill must clearly show your name, address and mobile number with the invoice summary and total. We do not require the itemised billing section.

I am currently on my second phone from Dial-a-Phone and have never had any problems making a redemption.

They do not make t's & c's available before purchase as far as i'm aware.
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
  • The cashback deal I did with them was great, a new nokia 6300 for £10 p.m. (when they were worth £130 on c.e.x.) and £50 quidco. My recorded delivery 1st cash back took 13 days to get to them (from Post Office website), then got my cashback cheque in 4 YES 4 days!!!!

The t&c's are generous compared to most and they say to send your form in recorded and if it doesn't appear to be delivered you send a copy of your track no to them and they will honour your deal.

The only point to watch is, the claim form says for instance: send in your bill dated 11 sep to 11 oct to be received by us between 11 oct and 11 nov. So if your bill turns up on 15 sep you have to wait nearly a month to send it in.

Out of all the cashbacks I've done Dialaphone have been the best. I've got a free 18 month deal running with Phones4u running but have not had to claim yet and the least said about Phoneboxdirect the better:mad: .

Only problem with Dialaphone is they don't do deals with Vodafone network - which undoubtedly is the best in UK/Europe wide.

forgot to add, Dialaphone is the best in realistic Cashback deals (upto 8 months on a 12 month contract).

They are not like the ones that will keep you scratching your head and turn into grey hair while you wait for your payment. Oh yeah they employ people to write posts and promote them here too :-)
