    • Full details of how to make cashback claims included. These appear to be individually tailored to you and include the actual bill dates that you need to send. Looking at the instructions there appears to be no reason for not getting it right.
      • The bill must be an original, not a photocopy.
      • It does say that time limits for redemptions are strict and that claims will not be approved if deadlines are missed or the wrong documentation is sent.
      • The only thing it states about invalid claims is that you will cease to be entitled to your redemptions if your airtime contract has been terminated at the date the redemption is applied unless a delaying in applying the redemption is our fault. Nothing there about whether missing a claim invalidates all further claims.
    Hope this helps. I must say that so far, so good.

    Took the plunge anyway, T&C's re cashback look ok, the only thing i noticed was in the Important points to note para 3 quote:-

    "We reserve the right, should we choose, to change our payment method in the future. EG We may apply credits to your airtime account instead of crediting your bank account or vice versa"

    Surely they could not do this, if you had entered a contract that specifically said cashback to your bank.

    I would never use all my free minutes/texts as it is let alone have credit applied to my airtime account, unless of course this is recoverable from O2 in cash?

  • I purchased a phone from Dialaphone on Monday and need to contact their customer services, does anyone have their non 0871 number? I have checked on Saynoto0871, but all numbers just give a message to phone their 0871 number and sales wouldnt put me through either. Thanks

  • I did email their CS yesterday with the problem, but as I hadnt heard back I was going to phone them. But, as I went downstairs after starting this topic the phone rang and it was Dialaphone CS. Excellent! Fingers crossed they sort my problem now. So well done Dialaphone for caring!
  • Sorry to bump this up but I think when something good happens a company should be praised. The original problem was I ordered a phone for my son which was sent but I was offered the wrong reward. Instead of cashack it was Argos vouchers. I have been contacted 3 times by CS to explain what was going on and to inform me everything was now sorted. Well done DAP.

    Rather than start a new thread, I thought I'd just bump this one up if that's okay.....

    I ordered a phone from Dialaphone last month which arrived in good time, however the free gift that I selected - a Nintendo Wii (which was the main reason i ordered the phone from DAP in teh first place!) hasn't arrived yet and I don't know how to chase this up.

    Can I get the Customer Service email address for Dialaphone please?

    Our Wii got delivered exactly 28 days after the phone - which is what they state - have you logged into your account on their website? This does give you details of the free gifts - I am just waiting for a free DS lite to be delivered now, should be here by the 6th but website is saying delivery tomorrow. So far I have had 2 phones off of DAP and they have stuck to their delivery timescales so can't fault them. I have also contacted their CS by email and was happy with the quick response I received - I dont normally like contacting companies by email as they usually take an age to respond, but DAP were quick and hence why I purchased a 2nd phone from them. :T

    We got a phone with free wii and wii sports through DAP. Phone arrived with no problems. However we're STILL waiting for our Wii after them originally saying it was goin to be here for the 24th Sept. Now in our account our free gift order has been cancelled and DH recieved 2 texts today saying that our credit has been authorised and paymet will be made within 10 working days??

    Anyone know what's going on???
