Weve had 2 cashback claims with DialAPhone now on my wifes current contract.
We just send the Original Bill, recorded delivery. No letter, just the bill.
No problems so far, they send a cheque very quick actually!

It's six months before the first cashback claim goes in. Just happened to notice on some other site that Dialaphone were using vouchers for redemption. But nothing came in my pack or is mentioned on the website so started wondering.
The original bill, what happened if it did get lost in the post even though it is recorded delivery? Surely I could send a copy?Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
They've never lost our bill.. but I guess you could just request another copy from your provider.0

I have always got my phones from dial a phone and cashback has been paid within a week, providing i have sent the correct bill at the correct time etc. They send you a text when they recieve your bill and the cheque follows a day or two later. I only ever send mine back normal first class post, no problems as of yet.Virgin CC=£2652, Next= [STRIKE]£102.88,[/STRIKE] Very=£475.60, Natwest=£800, Sainsburys CC=£1777.02, Lloyds CC=£498.29, Lloyds Loan= £13,946.18, Car=£4000Total = [STRIKE]£26,147.23[/STRIKE] £23,849.09:eek:0
