• Weve had 2 cashback claims with DialAPhone now on my wifes current contract.

We just send the Original Bill, recorded delivery. No letter, just the bill.

No problems so far, they send a cheque very quick actually! :D

It's six months before the first cashback claim goes in. Just happened to notice on some other site that Dialaphone were using vouchers for redemption. But nothing came in my pack or is mentioned on the website so started wondering.

The original bill, what happened if it did get lost in the post even though it is recorded delivery? Surely I could send a copy?
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!
• They've never lost our bill.. but I guess you could just request another copy from your provider.

...what are they trying to hide??

Hopefully nothing, as I’ve taken the plunge and ordered 2 phones from them. Give me until Wednesday and I’ll post back with what the order says about redemption.
• I have always got my phones from dial a phone and cashback has been paid within a week, providing i have sent the correct bill at the correct time etc. They send you a text when they recieve your bill and the cheque follows a day or two later. I only ever send mine back normal first class post, no problems as of yet.

T&C's,
1) does it have to be original bill,
2) how long have you got to send it in 30 days?,
3) if you miss one claim does it invalidate all others...... etc

Any DAP customers out there can enlighten us re their T&C's for cashback.....thanks

to let you know i received a phone call from dialaphone after emailing them on cc (or cs?) @dialaphone.com

the guy (Chris) told me over the phone that cancelling the insurance would have no effect on my cashback.

so there:)

Llyllyll aren't they letting you email them the required documents? and have they said why you need to confirm your id?
