Could anyone explain why my order has been cancelled or what was wrong? At the moment I have contract with O2 through Carphonwwarehouse but already asked for a PAC number. Here is the message I get from DAP: "Unfortunately, the network provider have advised that they are unable to proceed with your mobile phone order, as you have not met their status criteria, therefore, your order has been cancelled. Due to data protection, we do not have the reason for their decision."Anyone plzzzz0

I got the same message from DAP when trying to order my contract which was on O2. I'm somewhat disappointed now.0

Yes it is a bit dissapointing. I am just wondering what could be the reason of declining order with O2.Architect, did you also have or do you have running contract with O2? Have you changed address in the last 3 years? How long do you live at the present address? Maybe together we can find out why thet didn't want to proceed our orders.0

No Problems with dial a phone cash back , payments always on time even if you make a mistake , like I did and send wrong bill they send you letter informing you of your mistake !!0

I think seeing as I'm a student and don't have a proper part time job that's probably a major factor in their decision. I just wish there was a way to talk to them over the phone and not lose out on the £60 quidco >_<.0

I am in the same full time job for last 2 years and they still didn't want to proceed. i went to O2 shop to make a credit check etc at the source and I was accepted, no problems at all. they had no idea why it can't go trough DAP.I will try to order over the phone and try to get at least this £45 cashback.0

I used dialaphone for my last contract and received all my cashback cheques on time.
Wishing i had stuck with them instead of going for Phonebox direct.
If i ever do another cashback deal it will be with dialaphone.
So much simpler and aint gonny go bust anytime soon.0 -
Dialaphone are also good at paying the refer a friend bonus... if you or a friend has had a contract through dialaphone before, give that phone number when buying the new contract and you get £20 cashback after your friend has had their contract for a month, they frequently do offers where this is doubled to £40 as well- I got this a few months ago when I took out a new contract with them and gave my old mobile number, so I got the extra £40 cashback

Is there a promotion somewhere that offers £45 cashback? I'd be more than happy with £45 cashback instead of £60 if it meant I could get the contract.
Thanks.
Edit: Is this the youatwork scheme? I suppose your employer offers this.0
