In my opinion you should send your claims to the address on the claim form that arrived with your phone. If there is a change to any terms and conditions you need to be informed of this so unless they have contacted you to tell you of the change send it to the address on your claim form.
Remember if you ever had to go to court you must be seen to be following your original terms and conditions.
In addition, there was a time when claims used to go to wednesbury but started to be forwarded to dunstable. So if the dunstable address is changing they will probably forward them too. But as I said earlier I suspect the crewe address is for pricematch deals.ummm...0 -
Actually, there are TWO Crewe addresses; one for E2Save price match deals (what other deals are there!??) and all previous deals are being diverted there (apparently and unfortunately) and the other for Onestopphoneshop.
As for the terms and conditions - they never actually gave consistent information to follow, which is why a LOT of people have now been declined recently on their 6 month Virgin sim claims as being a month late - because people followed what it literally said on SOME of their information (could easily sue, of course!).0 -
I'm sure the dunstable address aren't being forwarded, I sent a claim to e2save (non pricematch) to Dunstable in August:Your item with reference DLXXXXXXXXXGB was delivered from our DUNSTABLE Delivery Office on 13/08/07.
I got txt and cheque pretty quick too.ummm...0 -
The Crewe address CW1 9DY is now for all e2save claims, cashback/pricematch and the e2save website "should" reflect this soon.

Well, going by their website, they want my August 'airtime' bill, which is bill number 7 dated 4 sept, if they say I've sent the wrong one and it should have been the bill dated august (bill 6) - I will go to trading standards as it clearly says 'airtime bill' on the website, there's no way possible that I could have had a bill for calls made in august on august 4th!
I've sent it to Crewe as per the website instructions, it should be there tomorrow as it's only 10 miles away.
I shall await my £62 cashback with interest - how long do they make the people who actually receive it wait??"There is a light that never goes out"0 -

My last cashback is now due with e2save. Can someone please give me their current address to send the cashback vouchers to?
Thanks.
"e2save think they are too smart by changing cash back address without informing their customers. Is that not stealing customers cash back money by trick.../
Anyway, their new address for cash back is
E2SAVE CASH BACK
P. O. BOX 462
CREWE
CW1 9DY
Alternatively, you may contact one of their boss Named "ALEX by e-mail which is alexandra.collins@onestopphoneshop.co.uk.0 -
My daughter used the PO Box 4311, LU6 9BJ address at the beginning of November and she has received her cheque. It took nearly 4 weeks though.
Used recorded delivery as they suggest.0 -
I have to send my first cashback voucher off this month. They told me that if I mess up one claim, then all the future claims are void too!
My claim form asks for:- transaction number
- cashback claimed
- mobile number
Can anyone tell me: is the transaction number the number from my sales invoice titled 'transaction'; or is it the 'unique order reference number' in the email that I was sent with the claim forms?
I know, I know, it sounds obvious.... but the emailed terms and conditions states that it is my responsibility to keep the unique order reference number, so it seems strange that they dont want it! Also this number is used to log into the 'customer service' section on the website where the cashback offer is detailed.
Me and my wife have two phones so this question is worth over £800 to me. Preferably I would like an answer from someone who has filled in the same form and had cash back successfully.
Thanks,
Darrell0
