You should be ok, though I'd have used the address on the voucher (however, there are often 2-3 ways ways to get the voucher and often they had conflicting addresses). Naturally, the dates (which were usually totally wrong) and the voucehrs etc. were all deleted from individual accounts recently. Not a problem IF you followed the groundrules!

No SMS to acknowledge claim, but Cheque arrived today (27/3/08).

by the way, How do you define which month is the 4th month, 6th month, 8th month? Say my phone was initially connected on 22/10/2007. What's my 4th month bill? according to the T&C, it should be 22/02/2008 (120 days since connected). Is this right?

Which months did you send and get the cash back successfully?

    CHeers!

    Hi Sally,

My phone was connected on the 19-11-07 but my contract was a 'Price Match' deal so I'm not sure what your actual T&C's will be. Mine are below:

    Cashback Claim Process:

Instalment 1: - You will need to claim 4 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us the claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)

i.e. if you purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May, and you will have until the 30th of May to do so. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection.

Instalment 2: - You will need to claim 6 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us the claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)

Instalment 3: - You will need to claim 8 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us the claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)

Instalment 4: - You will need to claim 10 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us the claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)

Instalment 5: - You will need to claim 12 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us the claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing. Please note: You will be required to send your bills within defined date ranges based on the date your handset was connected and despatched. When you place a successful order these dates will be detailed in ‘your account’ linked on our website.

Have you made any successful claims yet? I've just received my 3rd chq for £88.00, two more claims to go.
