mbailey; I'm afraid I keep the email address to myself. However, it's too soon to do anything in your case. Your cheque should arrive in the next week I think. If not, provided you sent the claim at the right time with the correct bill and can prove you complied with the legal t&c there is no real problem.0

I've just checked my cash back offer details in the customer log in area on the E2save website and all my claim dates have now disappeared. Both my brother's and dad's claim dates have also mysteriously now disappeared.
Coincidence, I don't think so. Luckily I have all the relevant information printed on paper.
This is what the page now displays:
There is no information for this order.0 -

Same for me! The cashback info has gone! It was all there on Thursday evening when I logged into the e2save website.
Maybe just a system glitch today? We will have to see if it appears again on Monday...0 -
I have been badgering E2 with letters and emails for the missing cashback of a relative. Finally I have had a positive email back acknowledging the cashback due from january. in the email they have advised that this new cashback address below is used to avoid further delays..will keep the email as proof in case they refuse next claim

Still not there - I smell a rat!0 -
No rat. Ignore the dates on there anyway and follow the actual t&c unless you enjoy being miselad (dates are wrong more often than not; either they've finally realised and are revamping - which I doubt - or are getting flack from more important parties than their customers and so trying to cover their tracks - more like!).0

Just thought I'd give you an update. After my little dispute I got my cheque yesterday so sending it to the Dunstable address does seem to work still and at least I'm sticking to their instructions. One last claim to go when I receive this months bill0
-
Although it DOES still work it takes longer. Doesn't matter IF it tracks - but gives you a problem you need to have a back-up plan for if it doesn't.0

I have sent my first claim today to po box 337, CW2 8WE.
I was worried too as the claim voucher had the CW1 add but the T&C had the CW2 add.

If you can not see here is what it says
" Question Where do I send my Cashback claim?Answer
Please send your claim to :Cashback Claims Department
PO Box 337
Crewe
CW2 8WE
We recommed all claims are sent via a recorded form of delivery for tracking purposes.
Please note we have updated our address and there is no cause for concern if you have vouchers with an alternative address such as Dunstable or an alternative Crewe address. If you have sent mail to these addresses the items will automatically be redirected to us.
