I can confirm the cashback address for e2save as below:
E2SAVE CASH BACK
P. O. BOX 462
CREWE
CW1 9DY
It worked for me for the last 2 cashbacks (last one in November)) and the cheques arrived in about a week.0 -

However, I still don't recommend e2save to anyone. Its vague if you will receive your cashback or not. no confirmation of receipt, unclear and conflicting cashback dates terms n conditions, and their service is poor. If you want to risk your money you may go for it. Otherwise go for a bit costlier deals in dialaphone or directly from the operators.
One of my colleagues recently signed for a 12 month free offer from e2save. The battery he recieved drains in 2 minutes talking!! He already requested replacements and received one, but this one doenot charge at all. He tried calling the CS again but couldnt go through ended up spending more than the price of 2 batteries. And he is still to get the cashbacks under the terms n conds of Pricematch!0 -
That is ALSO the WRONG address for SOME contracts via E2Save. Like everything else, NOTHING is clear with this company now and anyone relying on what happened with one contract and following that for another could well come unstuck.0

Any luck with this HEDGE END address? My cashback form, sent on 20th December has gone there too. After some discussion on the phone, royal mail customer services said that post to the Dunstable address is being redirected to an 'SO' postcode. Haven't been able to get e2save on the phone...

FYI - the redirected address worked for me, got my cheque today! :T0 -

Hello there
I phoned E2save yesterday and spoke to someone who was actually reasonably helpful so thought I'd pass on some handy tips.
The current address to send your cashback claims to is the PO Box 462 Crewe, CW1 9DY. All these claims are redirected to a Loughborough address but this address is still valid and the best one to use so you're guaranteed to be following procedure.
Secondly, the best way to figure out which bills you need to send in is by counting days and NOT bill numbers. For example:
If you buy your phone on say the 1st January and receive your first bill on 4th Januray (as you normally pay a month in advance for monthly contracts) and are told to send in a bill between 1st April and 1st May, you should pick a bill thats received closest to the 1st April and send that in. E2save don't work on specific month bills they works on the fact that the bill must be sent within a 30 day period and it must be no older than 28 days. USing my example above I'd receive a bill on 4th March and 4th April but the bill that bests suits the criteria above would be the April one as it is less than 28 days old and fits in the claim period bracket. The claim period bracket you are allocated is on 'your account' on the E2save website. Don't be confused that bill 1 which you receive after being connected only a few days is classed as month 1, its not, they work on the 30 and 28 day rules.
Hope this helps a lot of people0 -
BEWARE:- the dates on people's accounts are often (more than half the time) WRONG!!0
