HI all,
I sent mine to: Cashback Claims, PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE last monday, but still haven't received txt msg, but a friend sent it last tuesday to Dunstable and received txt msg last thursday, so you decide, none of us on price match deal. hope that help0 -
Hi,
I have sent my claims to Dunstable address on 20th aug 07. After 10days waiting checking royalmail status(which was of no use) I rang e2save yesterday. They told they have not received my claims. Then I asked them which address is correct. She said they will eventually receive all the claims posted to Dunstable or Crewe address through redirection. But if royal mail makes delay in redirecting post we will lose the claim.
Anyway current address for e2save cash back claims is: Cashback Claims, PO BOX 462, Crewe,CW1 9DY. I have posted another copy of my bills to this address with a letter saying this is copy of bill I am resending it as I posted my original bills to Dunstable....
I hope they receive this post soon. I will let you know when I receive confirmation from them.0 -

Hi. Thanks for the info. Just to be 100% sure (since I have to send my cash back claim soon): this address is also for the non-price match deal, right? If I understand: now ALL claims have to go to the Crewe address then?
Thanks0 -

I never received a txt from e2save, but we both received our chq within a week, quickest claim ever0 -
Everyone take note; things are rapidly changing for the worse. It is still possible to get your cashbacks but the rules of the game have changed and all previous experience is off the table. They are NOT doing as they have done and are in a mess (probably on purpose in part) - so beware and check out the way they are doing things NOW.0

Latest news from the e2save forum, correct address for normal cashback claims is now
e2save Cashback Claims
PO Box 462,
Crewe
CW1 9DY
Funnily enough the forum has been quiet for weeks until the 10th Sep when a load of backdated queries have been answered by an e2save rep.
Latest advice is contrary to address given by the same rep a few weeks ago saying the Crewe address was for Pricematch only and cashback still goes to Dunstable.
Oh well, guess I'll be phoning them tomorrow as recorded delivery sent to Dunstable is still adrift somewhere between Dunstable and Crewe and only a week to go before my 30 days is up!!Keeping the pedants at bay - dot an i or cross a t only if you feel you really can't stop yourself:p0 -
nanjo; that's because yours must have been through Onestopphoneshop who have a different address to the new E2Save one and never sent any texts.0

I am due for my 1st cashback with them and am not sure which bill to send in,
It states to send in the month 6 bill - but is that bill number 6 ( 4 aug for july calls) or bill number 7 (4 sept for aug calls - which is month 6)?
I don't think I've even had a 4 august bill through the post.
They really do want to make it as hard as possible to reclaim cashback!"There is a light that never goes out"0 -
It all depends on 1) when exactly you got the phone and 2) which particular company within cpw you got it from. Assuming it WAS E2Save stop counting bills and count months. Month one is the month you got the phone and you need to send the bill dated in month 6. yours obviously wasn;t a so-called "price match" deal. The first claims for those will be going off in a few more weeks and then the fun will REALLY start. You ain;t seen nothin' yet!!0
