  • My daughter used the PO Box 4311, LU6 9BJ address at the beginning of November and she has received her cheque. It took nearly 4 weeks though.

Used recorded delivery as they suggest.

Used this address again with absolutely no problem.
  • I'm having a problem with my latest cashback

I sent mine as usual to the Dunstable address. I didn't receive the normal text so I chased it up using their online form which is now no longer on their site. How should I go about this now? Is there an email address to contact them on?

Send it again to the Crewe Box 462 address before the time is up (by recorded delivery - Special Delivery plus consequential loss cover insurance if you really want to be safe).

I also got told about the new address when I called them 2 days ago. Apparently all mail is going to a central office at:

    PO Box 8840
    Loughborough
    LE11 9EL

I asked if I kept using the Crewe address if it would still get there and they said it would. I'd rather stick to what it says in hard paper version rather than what someone said on the phone because at least that way you have some sort of legal backing should you need it.

Has anyone else been told this address?

    yes same here.....

ive sent it to le11 as it takes 14 days for the crewe to redirect so hence many ppl losing out as claims become classed as "late"

Thats terrible. They can't class your claim as being late because of their internal re-directing of post. If they change address they have to give you longer for them to receive your claim...otherwise they could keep re-addressing to 4 or 5 different addresses and then everyone's claim would be late. If anyone out there has not received their claim because of e2save redirecting their paperwork I'd get on to consumer advice about it. Its wrong and should be stopped.

Has anyone sent a bill in in the last month or so and had any joy with receiving a cheque? If so which address did you use? Has anyone used the Loughborough LE11 9EL address direct? Did they accept it? I'm tempted to use this one but because its not actually written down anywhere i always think its a bit dodgy. Saying that their whole system is dodgy and they shouldbt be able to punish you for sticking to the address sent out with your contract, afterall what is a contract if not a legally binding document that both parties involved should stick to?

Take no notice of the scaremonger.

There haven't be "many ppl losing out as claims become classed as "late"" reported here.

There has, however, been a report of them (correctly) voiding someone's claim for sending their claim to a different address to the one on the cashback ts + cs.

You contracted with them to send the claims to a particular address, and if you breach that agreement, then you have no cause to complain if they take their option to refuse to pay out.

Just had a cheque on one of mine. Was sent to the proper address, redirected and paid in good order. Quentin is right and the advice of us is clear and consistent on this matter. Vary your path at your peril. Just check each claim tracks at the correct (original) claim address and you're covered - whatever e2Save may have to say about it (or not!).

HI I sent my cashback back to Dunstable last weekend but not recieved the customary text to say they have received it.
Sent it via recorded mail and RM says it was delivered on the 11th March via the Hedge end Office.

Have e2Save stopped sending out texts or do I have reason to be worried.

I normally use special delivery but this time went for Recorded only as many people seem to be ok doing this.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I paid "Special Delivery" and it was directed and arrived safely on the second day. Sent 12th March - received 14th March.
Play safe and make sure you use "Special Delivery", it's well worth it, even if just for peace of mind.

Incidentally, I've never ever received a text regarding my claim, but happily both previous claims have been paid quick, very quick in fact.
