My last cashback is now due with e2save. Can someone please give me their current address to send the cashback vouchers to?

You need to check on your original cashback vouchers, as there are differing addresses depending on when you took out the deal, mine for instance was
Po Box 4259, Wednesbury WS10 7JN- but this is for an old contract from Aug 06 and so you must check the paperwork. The ones online may not be correct for you.

I just received my latest cashback from e2save inside 2 weeks & I sent it to the online address (Crewe) and not the one in my cashback leaflet.

Hi, I need someone can confirm/advise the current cashback address.

1. my 1st cashback was in June/07, sent it to PO box 4311, Dunstable.( no problem)

2. 2nd cashback due now, check e2save 'my account' , address change to: PO box 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE.

3. rang them this morning, CS advise send to: PO box 462, Crewe, CW1 9DY.

which Crewe address should I send to??

I just purchased a 11month free line rental (by chequeback) contract with e2save. The "11MONTHS FREE" link on this page

led me to their Special Terms Vouchers and an address in Crewe (PO Box 337, Crewe. CW2 8WE), which I duly downloaded.

However, on the Order Confirmation Page at the end of the order process I was given another link which led to different Chequeback vouchers and an address in Dunstable.

This is very confusing and misleading. I am unsure as to which Vouchers and address to use (but think I'll try the Crewe one). I am also very angry. If I hadn't clicked the link above (which many purchasers may not do), my caim in 4 months time would probably be 'lost'. In fact, I'm so angry I want to complain to someone about it. Any idea who I should contact?

My second claim is now due and sure enough 1st claim went to Dunstable, now address on the My Account page is for Crewe CW2 8WE!! Certainly keep you on your toes this lot.......never again!

i suspect the crewe address is really for the price match deals, if yours isn't a pricematch then its probably wiser to send to dunstable.

It would have been wiser not to touch e2save in the first place:D Had a quick look on the e2save forum, many queries along the same lines and some have been answered by a moderator but there is not one definitive answer given.
Perhaps a statement along the lines of "all cashback claims on contracts taken out before Nov 06 go here, those after Nov 06 go there and all pricematch claims go here".
Tried the live chat thing on the e2save website and of course it doesn't work - address unknown.
Is Rebbecca still on the go and can she assist?

This really is a very underhand tactic -- changing the cashback address several times each year !

I was all set to mail off my 3rd cashback claim to:

(e2save.com)
Redemptions
PO BOX 4311
Dunstable
LU6 9BJ

(which is where my last 2 went)


But after double-checking on the e2save site it tells me to mail my cashback claim to:

Cashback Claims, PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE

To make matters more confusing, I just logged in to my control panel on the e2save website, and followed the link to download the cashback voucher PDF file - and on this it gives the address as:

Redemptions,
PO Box 4311
Dunstable
LU6 9BJ


...but on the same control panel it tells me the address is the Crewe one (CW2 8WE)
