I got a phone-call last night - when I had the original phone call I was told I'd be moved on the unlimited data (4gb hotspot), unlimited text and 600 minute calls as that was nearest my usage - however last night, they said that I would be moved onto a plan that is £21 a month and unlimited everthing (and 4gb hotspot) - looking on their site this does not seem to a regular Sim only monthly rolling contract?

Was that for a 30 day contract? I think they are able to offer discounts to existing customers but try and avoid doing so... They are not able to offer bespoke plans, only discounts. I was told my "One Plan" was £25/month and that I had a discount of £7 already, which is a joke as the One Plan was £18.

We have two "One Plan" 30 day contracts, my OH had a phone call trying to sell her a more expensive plan but she said she wasn't the account payer and they haven't made contact since. Certainly no letter and no call to my phone either.

I did phone them late last year to inquire about changing to one of the new plans, there didn't seem to be any discounts despite others seeming to be able to dig their heels in and get a new plan for the same as they were currently paying for a One Plan, typically £15 or £18.

So it might be worth going with "unlimited everything" at £21 if that's the best offer they are giving you, although clearly £15 or £18 would be the price to aim for.

    Yes, 30 days sim only.

So which network are people moving on to?

At the moment, im using the free EE Limited Edition SIM with 100gb data, but this SIM expires in about 7 days.

Im moving to Three's 10GB mobile broadband plan for £15/month. It's frustrating that unlimited data on the One Plan was only £15 but now it costs £15 for just 10GB, but that's the way it is.

Three's 15GB mobile broadband plan is only available on a 24 month contract, so im choosing the 10GB plan because it's on a 1 month rolling contract so it's more flexible.

Out of interest, is anyone else still on the One Plan out of contract?

I took out 12 month SIMO £15pm contract in Jan 2014 and it has now rolled over to another month at the same price. Still no letters/texts/contact regarding moving over to a new price plan and the same for my partner.

Three seems to have gone very quiet, I don't think they realised the bad publicity it would bring or the number of people who would take a PAC and move.

Maybe they have decided to slow down on their removal of the old tariffs.

If and when they call me they can either move me on to the all-you-can-eat everything plan at my current price of £15, or give me my PAC code.

Plenty of other providers, I dont tether much, and their internet can be !!!! at times.

Currently on The One Plan, 12 month sim only deal. My minimum term finished August 2014, I haven't heard anything from them.

Same here, my minimum term ended 21st July last year and I've not heard a word either. Was tempted to contact Three when this thread first started to see if I could get some kind of similar deal but decided to wait it out....still waiting...and hoping I don't hear :p!
