I took out 12 month SIMO £15pm contract in Jan 2014 and it has now rolled over to another month at the same price. Still no letters/texts/contact regarding moving over to a new price plan and the same for my partner.
My minimum term ended in January.Am on the One plan out of contract. Just received the letter today saying that if I don't contact them before July, they will move me over automatically to all you can eat data, 200mins at £20 a month.0 -
The letters seemed to have restarted this month, quite a few reports of people getting them. No discounts offered, only the standard sim only plans on the Three network.====0

got mine today, three can bog off if they think I'm going to pay their sim rates as they stand now, they've pretty much doubled the price for a comparable plan, with tethering removed.
The cheek that they would offer 600 minutes and 1gb a month for £14 to long-standing customers is just laughable, any tom !!!!!! or harry can get the same on their website.
christ you can get pretty much the same for £10 from sainsburys on PAYG0 -
They sent me a text yesterday asking me to call them. As my letter says they will not move me over until July, I am going to hold off calling them till then, and enjoy the last few days. I am assuming they can't move me across before that date.0

I guess the issue now is that the sim only plans are now worse than they were in January when I had to switch. Makes me glad I got the letter earlier than others!0

Was not sure where to put this so I just added it to this 3 thread.
Anyone using the 3 mobile network get a text message about an increase in their administration charges?
£4.08 to £5.000 -
Well received my letter this morning and in threes words they are moving me to a plan that most closely aligns with my current plan.
My current plan
One plan £15 a month one month rolling
2000 mins
5000txt
Unlimited data with tethering
There suggested new plan
Unlimited mins
Unlimited txt
Unlimited data 4GBP tethering allowance
£30 a month one month rolling
I can sense my PAC code getting ordered0 -
I'm really puzzled as to why I've not had a letter/text yet...I actually have 3 sim only plans under my account - 1 for myself and 2 for other family members.
But like a few others have said here if no comparable offer made if/when I get mine...then that's 3 PACs Three will be receiving0 -

Three will find their retentions department under pressure to keep the thousands of One Plan customers who ask for PAC codes, but I guess their bean counters will win the day and Three will become just another lousy provider and will have even less of the market than they have at the moment.0 -

For unexplained reasons Three stopped the migrations in Jan/Feb and only started the process again this month. They have near on 1 million One Plan customers so unless your usage really makes you stand out you might still have a number of months before the contact is made.====0
