Could use there 600mins out txt and ultimately data SIM but I am not paying more for that as I do now. I do not use tethering but. Decent amount of data but mins I could probably use 300. Got 30 days to call them so will see what they can offer. Might see what they can do on a m9
  • Bah, I just found out about all of this today when I got a letter in the post.

I have had the OnePlan 30 day contract at £18 since August 2013 and now they're offering "all you can eat" calls and data at £22 ("a discount of £8 compared to our standard prices").

Can't complain at the new price, but the 4GB tethering limit is annoying.

Received the same offer today. Not happy with the price increase but can cope with the tethering limit. Have another One Plan in the family and await contact on that.

So has anyone who just receive the letter, called three yet to see what kind of offers they have
  • I was on the exact same deal as you (£15/month), and have been for years (joined SIM Only at that price as a loyalty thing), and they offered the same £30 plan as the closest match.

I got the letter last week, I called (and waited for an hour one day before hanging up, and waiting 70 minutes the next before getting through).. they seemed clueless (the call centre isn't UK based), he kept telling me how good three was because you can tether, they have feel at home etc..

I agreed as I liked both those features, but they wouldn't budge on price, which was my only reason for calling, so i requested a PAC.

Carphone launched ID the day I got the PAC through.. So i Left. I'm now on the £20 2000/5000/Unlimited package with them. Shame to lose feel at home but ill just get a 3 PAYG when i go abroad.

I expected them to call me back and offer a deal after i had the PAC, but they didnt (I assume they are swamped with One Plan customers leaving as it was mega-busy), so I went.

Not called Yeh but looked around can get the one m9 on ee for £35 ult min txt 4gb of data includes teathering which is enough for me and you can use the allowances in Europe so would problem be better for me than fell at home. I will see if three can do anything

Ok so called today requested my pac code. Went through the this is what's so good about three blah blah blah. Looking at your usage we can offer
    200min ult txt ult data 12 months £17 or 30days £20
    600min ult txt 4gb data 12 months £16 or 30 days £19

So as predicted less for more money. Continued with getting my pac we will see if it appears.

No letters or texts here but I know from experience sometimes if my postie cant get access to my building letters get returned to sender.

To be honest the only reason I stuck with Three was the data even if I was careful with tethering so I only it when desperate(helps I have fast broadband)

I may just change to virgin as my internet is with them and can get unlimited for like £15 a month.
