Oh well I will wait and see when I get the text. But if there expecting me to pay more money for less allowance. I will be going else where.
Problem is, there still aren't any viable alternatives for similar money.
I'm hoping EE comes out with a Christmas or new year special and offers somewhere around 10GB for under £20.
I can already get unlimited min/unlimited text/ 2GB for £12 from them so it shouldn't be completely unrealistic expectation. I'll grab my PAC from Three and be gone PDQ if they do.====0 -
Going to write and re-buff the offer to amend the contract, see what they come back with, make them use the option they have to terminate the contract by denying them permission to amend the existing contract.
10.2 We may end this agreement in the following ways:
(a) On 30 days’ notice, outside the Minimum Term. If your Package does not have a Minimum Term, or the
Minimum Term has expired, we can end this agreement by giving you at least 30 days’ notice.
Does not IMO mean they can switch the plan or force you to cancel.
If they want to end the contract, then I fully intend to make them do that.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Update, called the number, shouted up rank, expecting a call back with an "good will" offer to mutually end contract.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

So you want to force them to summarily terminate your contract? Have you thought that through? Have you actually thought at all?View Post
REF : Contractual change offer:
Notice is served that your offer to amend the contract of the service provided to xxxxxxxx is respectfully rejected/ refused , you therefore do not have consent to switch the call plan to another plan as this is what was not contractually agreed at the formulation of the contract.
This is not notice of termination of contract but a rejection / refusal of your offer to amend the contract currently still in force .
I await your response on this contractual matter .
Shall send this simple re-buffle blurb and see what they come back with
The nonsense you posted in the other thread will do nothing but make them laugh at you.
Something to think of, if you refuse to move price plan or take their offer of a PAC and force them to just cut you off you will lose your phone number.====0 -

But it does mean that they have given you 30 days notice to cancel the contract. Unless you change plans your contract with Three will end.
Are you outside the minimum term?
If you are then you will get no-where, if your not then you should be able to stay on the contract, or if you change plans may get compensation, but I suspect that right on the end of the minimum term Three will give all customers the 30 day notice..Marktheshark wrote: »If they want to end the contract, then I fully intend to make them do that.
I'm not sure what you are trying to gain, as others have said you may lose the phone number, although again it depends if you are out of minimum term.0
