Their site give an 0844 number

Whose site - Sky's? Of course it would give their 0844 number.

When I cancelled Sky a few years ago, I also tried to do it online and I too got the 'we'll contact you in 24hrs' email. And when I got it the email just said ' to cancel, ring 0844....'

Though I know nothing about filling in an online cancellation form. As their telephone retentions Dpt want to get stuck into people who want to cancel.

That will be interesting then because having received an email back as far as I'm concerned we have given notice and the 30 days is ticking.

Retention? - 50% discount and we stay, anything less then we don't

So what do you think it costs to phone a 0844 number then? Do you have Sky Line Rental or not?

    I don't know. I'm on talktalk.

I think 0844 is a non geographical number rather than premium rate
