    She is correct. They will write and confirm though it does suggest that the confirmation will take longer if you email them but the cancellation notice starts from the date of the email.

    Geographical numbers for Sky tend to get closed down if they are posted in forums like this.

    Go to saynoto0870 and search there for a number for Sky. As it changes often this is the best place to look.

    As to cancelling online, I've certainly done this although only with Sky Sports as opposed to the whole lot. It was actioned on the day requested.
