Can you cance Sky online?

My GF has been subscribing to Sky but I've been paying the bill. I've asked her to cance and she reckons that she's done it on line. Is that right? I didn't think you could?

    It doesn't have to be their premium rate number you phone them on, you can call their non premium rate. Or it's free if calling from the house that has the Sky phone account.

    You could of course go to their offices, the cancellation department is in the cellar, you'll need a torch and a ladder, its behind the door marked beware the leopard.

    My GF told me she's done it online and got an email saying they will contact her within 24 hrs

    According to the Sky help forum you can cancel in one of four ways.

    Phone, letter, fax or email.


    All appear to be valid methods of cancelling.
