PLAN A - Successful.
Location - Edmonton Green shopping centre, N9.
G24 issued PCN as they alleged parking had not been paid for following our shopping at Asda store in which you validate your car using the tablets in store to recieve 2 hours parking.
I complained to shopping centre management team visiting their office on site, pretty helpful bunch managed to get PCN cancelled. The management team simply asked for a receipt which i didn't have but sent them a screen shot from my banking app showing a transaction at that Asda store on the same date. Took just under 4 weeks from when i first approached them.

Plan A a success 🥳PCN via post for overstaying by 40 minutes at county oak retail park. Initial appeal failed. Went into all stores visited and spoke to the managers (most not overly helpful), only one took PCN details and agreed to email/complain on my behalf (don't know if they did!!), also emailed Savills who are named on the car park signage.Received email responses quickly and found out it was cancelled via a letter confirmation within a week. I don't know if it was a manager complaint or my email to savills that worked but I suspect Savills.I used he help of bing copilot to write a firm and angry complaint. Included proof of purchases from multiple stores and also screenshot of Google timeline history proving the driver is a fairly frequent visitor.Email address that I complained to at Savills was smrcarparking@savills.com6

Total Parking Solutions - Age UK East Sussex (land leased from Hastings Borough Council to Age UK) small parking area outside the Isabel Blackman Centre (for elderly people- running Christmas lunches / exercise classes etc) not signposted as being owned by Age UK so not really sure what they use it for.Age UK East Sussex has begrudgingly contacted TPS to have the ticket they never issued cancelled. Apparently they had my address wrong (despite the V5C never having been different for the vehicle while in my possession) first I heard about it was a letter from ZZPS who clearly did have my address correct.I was first turned away by the centre manager and then went to the customer service email at Age UK East Sussex who came back to me and were initially supportive but then seemed to be checking TPS’s story- which sounded all kinds of alarm bells to me. I think they only capitulated in the end because I made some comments on their social media (Instagram)
Age UK have informed me they will have to pay the costs to TPS??? Around £75? Disgusting fraudsters.I have made a donation of around this amount to the Charity as I’m happy to support their work and I wanted them to see it actually wasn’t about the money.
I have pointed out that their service users (at a centre for elderly people) could easily be caught out by the scammers and hit with a fine- and that as the parking doesn't say it's for the centre they would have no idea who to complain to. I only found out by trawling the internet and finding a lease agreement between the council and the centre.
It makes me SO cross. And also that the people running the centre and at Head office seem to be taken in by the parking company and unwilling not to see them as they are. They have said they will review the contract with TPS in the new year but if TPS are part of that conversation we know it will be very one sided.
My MP Helena Dollimore was supportive too- maybe useful for any other East Sussex dwellers.
Anyway I am HUGELY grateful to all the people who contribute to this forum. You are legends.

Plan A success
Location- Morrisons, Weybridge, Surrey
Received Euro CP PCN for 14minutes overstay(1.5hrs free).
Took PCN to customer services instore, they cancelled it there and then. So grateful to them.
Also to all who work really hard on here, thank you.6 -
Morrisons are probably the most helpful of the big beast supermarkets for cancelling PCNs. They don't like PPCs harassing their customers. The biggest mystery is, why do they employ the likes of ECP in the first place.Great result for you @RedcarYellowcar. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Bit late to the party, but just wanted to share another success, against National Parking Management Ltd!
Following advice from several forum members here County Court Claim Form received — MoneySavingExpert Forum the claim was struck out and the order was made without a hearing.
Thanks belatedly to all those who helped, you're doing a marvellous service here3 -
PLAN A - Successful.
Location - St Mary's Hospital & Urgent Treatment Centre, Portsmouth.
UK Car Parking Management (UK CPM) issued PCN of £50 for being 'incorrectly' parked, though payment for parking had been made on the day. Internal Appeals Service (IAS) unsuccessful, requested refund for payment made on the day also declined. PALS & Hospital Management 'unable to assist' with parking issues as of 02/12/2024. Escalated complaint to anyone who would listen. Eventually got through to Travel & Sustainability Team, cited National NHS Guidelines below around rogue parking contractors, who then cancelled the PCN around two months from date of issue.
