    The advice given here is exemplary. I thoroughly read as much as I could then followed every step in order to submit my defence against Parking Eye for an unfair fine issued despite having validated my parking. Despite many phone calls, threatening letters and failed mediation, I held my ground and when the court date came through l planned my case carefully according to the advice here. Two days later I received a notice of discontinuance. It took 16 months in total. A massive thankyou to everyone who posts here so helpfully and clearly.
