If they are noted by the Land Registry as the “proprietor’, then contact them. I checked Google for an email address with no success. Directors are listed as ‘Benjamin Geoffrey King’ and ‘Andrew Michael’. Snail mail then!

@UA1991 - you need to make your own post with some more information - this one is for successful appeals. If this is an NHS Health Centre (ie a Community health building not just a GP Practice) then you should complaint to PALS. You need to post some more information redacting personal details.

There is no template - a good thing too - imagine if the PPC received hundreds of the same letter, they would just bin them!

Hi All

Just a update that the appeal that I sent to Group Nexus was successful and the charge has been cancelled.

I sent the exactly the same letter and proof (cafe & shop receipts) that was sent to the land owner head of operations & was passed on to Saville who manages the site.

Saville were really good and wanted to know that their directives for the parking operator was being followed, that's why wanted me to appeal through their own appeal system.

I wonder if that I had not gone through the land owner (Crown Estate) & (Saville) that they were watching this, it would have been cancelled? 🤔

So for anyone with problems with Parking at "Gateway shopping centre Banbury" and was a genuine shopping have proof used the many facilities beforehand contact the:- enquiries@thecrownestate.co.uk DO NOT appeal directly to the parking operator first.

And as my above comments this goes for any shopping, leisure centre, etc.

Do your homework and research the land owner/ management company, if genuine send proof be polite but firm email/letter bring it to their attention before going directly to the parking operators appeals process, And Never name the driver.

Hello all, got a PCN from MET Parking for overstaying a the BP at Stansted Airport Southgate. Happy to report that upon a phone call and email to BP Corporate, the notice got cancelled. Thanks to the advice on this board for that option to be the first thing you try.

Morrisons- Brecon parking charge after EV charging- cancelled.

Emailed customer service and got a standard reply first day. Gave further information and charging receipt, then nothing. Emailed CEO (now Rami Baitiéh, not the one at the beginning of the thread). Not sure if that resulted in the email below.
