This the wrong thread to ask this question. You would be better if you started your own thread:-

  • Hi There,

I've read many forums and posts but I am still unsure as to hot to go about appealing / complaining

I received a ticket in the residents carpark (of which I am a resident) as I did not have my permit on display. I received a ticket from P4Parking and follow up letters from TNC...

    What do I do??

in which, along with a multitude of good advice .... is the snipit of starting your own thread

this is to prevent a mixing up of advice by cross posting

I suspect that the landowner may in fact be PDS.

Not always, although I know they do own a lot of their car parks. I beat Napier at POPLA for someone and JDS was not the landowner of the car park in question, nor any sister company.
