    Has anyone ever used euroclaimusa?

Iam living in the Usa so, although I would like to calim flight compensation through European small claims myself, it doesn't seem feasible from here.

I don't know how this would work - don't you need to be domiciled in the UK to sue someone in our courts?

This is why I am considering euroclaimusa ...I was looking for opinions from anyone who had used them or alternatively if anyone knows of a NWNF company in Ireland as it is Aer Lingus which is the company in question.

Bott etc do not deal with claims which are Dublin based.
  • I booked a holiday via Blue Bay travel on 7 Feb to fly manchester - cancun on 6-13 May staying at Finest Playa hotel.
Received an email today and it transpires my flight has been changed to 9-16 May Glasgow to cancun. As this is a change of 3 days and an airport hundreds of miles away I have had to cancel. I am getting a full refund. Am I eligible to apply for compensation?
I am hoping to book another break for same time if this matters. Thanks
  • Meant to add _ TC site showing free seats in our original flight still!

So try and book it again and see what happens!
  • Hi
Not gonna book flights I've already paid for. Awaiting a refund. They've moved me with the flight still in operation and available.

To answer bunny's question: if they cancel with less than 14 days notice they owe you compensation.
  • Thanks. Am I right thinking I need to do the in writing as per the guide rather than just calling?
