If i don't have a boarding pass or any paperwork for a flight that i was delayed on from 2011 and the airline says they can't find any record of my booking, even though i have the flight number and date, where or what else can i do? Any ideas?

Same question asked (and answered) earlier this evening.

  • can any one enlighten me on this subject please.i have already tried to claim for three flight delays. two with monarch. one with jet 2.fobbed off with the tech jargon.one delay was twelve hours!so I took all three to the c.a.a.and they said because the three delays were at Malaga airport. and Alicante airport.there was nouthing the c.a.a could do.they said we had to take the delays up with them. ie spain.is this right or should I just forget it and avoid these dodgy airlines in the future.any help welcome.thanks.

Were your flights booked as one journey or did you book connecting flights yourself?

if one journey you have a claim, if not then you dont as the delay has to be over 3 hours
