Dads still waiting for his cahback from Feb 2007 that was supposes to hve been printed out on 1st June 2007...14 days now .still waiting!!!
  • Hello Steve,

We do still do cashback deals with our standard terms and condition, we always offer price match deals that match other companies deals and there cashback terms and conditions also. It really is simple, if you don’t like the terms and conditions and feel they are too difficult for you to follow, do not take the contract out and go for a deal with e2save’s standard t and c’s.

    Kind regards,
    Rebecca
  • And givememycashback as much as I would have liked to have help you with your problem posted on the e2forum, I think it would be very wrong of me to start discussing details on your account without actually knowing if or not I am talking to the account holder.

It is against the data protection act and against the law for me to do so.
  • Your more than welcome bigup.

I feel so incensed by the dishonesty of E2Save and the OnestopPhoneshop in some of it's marketing and replies on here that after reading at length for a long time now I finally joined so that I can make some comments on Rebecca's last words.

The so-called "Price match deals" are NOTHING of the kind!! ALL they have done is "steal"/copy the t&c of Coolnewmobile and Phonebox Direct, word for word (except for replacing contact details with their own). They have, in fact, actually matched NO deals at all! Most of the so-called price-match deals are "clearance" phones, NOT new ones as on their competitor's sites. This is entirely dishonest; usually (with the odd short-lived exception) they are also LESS than 12 months free! This is purely an attempt to worsen their own t&c and confuse people - make no mistake! When Rebecca previously referred to their "usual" t&c, she failed to mention that ONLY the O2 sim card was actually still 12 months free on those - and THAT deal went about an hour ago!

Whilst I've had very good deals and service from E2Save in particular over the past 12 months, I've also had some very BAD experiences. Related to this particular issue, it is especially galling to see UNTRUE "price match" offers when if you DO actually put a particular deal to them from a competitor they don't want to know - despite their Totally dishonest so-called "price match guarantee"!

I have introduced many friends and relatives to E2Save and taken out several contracts myself - but now I am truning away and to their competitors since it's plain that their offers, terms and basic honesty as an organisation are, very sadly, declining rapidly!
