Your company is both good and bad. From my own feedback I've actually been accused of working for E2Save. I don't! However, I don't accept some of the rubbish that is put out on here. If their t&c are confusing THAT'S because E2save didn't write them, but stole them from a competitor on the lie that they are "price matching" - something they never do. The so-called price match guarantee is a total falsehood and the name E2Save has used is 100% misleading. They are trying to make it confusing and more difficult for people to claim, so they have to accept the flack that results - not blame their customers for it!
Rebecca may be "clever", I know not. Spelling doesn't mean too much, but selective answers are more telling. Statements such as "we always price match" are either unbelievably mistaken or outright lies. As for Natalie; THAT is the norman when you attempt to get anything out of their on-line "help".
It is not all bad; I would still say thety are safer than the rest - but only because the "rest" are getting worse and E2Save hasn;t caught up with them YET. BUT they ARE heading in the same direction!!0
