Anybody Know What Bill You Send In For E2 Save Cashback 1. Some Of The Documentation Refers To Month 6, Bill 6, Somewhere Else, Month 5 Is Referred To. Is Bill 6 The 6th Bill You Receive, Or The Bill You Receive In Month 6. We Took Out Our Deals Mid Feb, And Received A Bill Called "bill Number 1" With A Bill Date Of 27/2, Which Had A Part Month Charge For Dates In Feb, And A Full Month Charge For 1/3 To 31/3, So They Could Claim This Is Feb And March Bills. Does That Mean The Bill Dated Late July Will Be Bill The One To Send In? If I Sound Confused, That's Because I Am!! Please Help!0

Hello Bigup,
Is your cashback deal a price match deal?
As it states when the order is being placed, if the cashback is price matched discard the Cheque Back Leaflet in your welcome pack as the Terms and Conditions differ for these offers and if this is not the case you just need to follow the standard terms and conditions that were received with your handset.

Hi S71hj,
If your handset was purchased in the month of February and the paperwork you received states that you need to send in the 6th monthly bill, you will need to send in the bill received in the month of July for your first cashback claim as this is the 6th month from data of purchase.
Can you confirm exactly where it states in your paperwork to send in your 5th monthly bill as none of our cashback deals require this?
Kind regards,
Rebecca

Hi
Thanks for reply. My other half had to send her phone back as the one she received was faulty. She had a printed bit of paper come with the new phone (1/2 a4 size) that included reference to month 5, 7. 9, 11 for cashback claims (in what appeared to be french).
let me know if you need more info.0 -
Many thanks Rebecca.e2save, yes it was a price match deal.
Thanks for clearing that up.0 -
I have had nothing but problems with E2Save. I thought they were part of a reputable company Carphonwarehouse but turns out they are scammers just like the rest.
1. They don't answer calls and put you on hold for ages. In total in the last few days I must have been put on hold for at least 3 hours and still did not get to speak to anyone.
2. LIVE Chat is load of Bolloc**. Just like the phones you can't get a response and when I came back after leaving PC on for 3 hrs still no response. Eventuall 10 hrs later got through and the bloody bi**c said ring the 0845.. number. Catch 22 or wha?
3. The so call automatic cashback never comes through either. I had to ring for 2 months to get it. by this time I'm sure I spent more on fuc**g phone calls than what the cheque was worth.

I have had. on the whole, a good experience with e2save over the last 3 yrs. I have only missed 1 cashback and that was Royal Mail's fault.
If you are good with dates & send via recorded or special delivery you will be fine.
All my humble opinion of course!Jertzy x0 -
I have used e2save for a few years (which would total around 10 separate contracts) now and never had any problems with cashback claims. They are very good from my experience with them. i always send the claims in on time and how they ask for them. Only got a bit confused with this new claim process, but rebecca has cleared that one, so shouldnt be a problem.
free phones with free minutes, i think e2save are doing a good job for me :j0 -

I suggest you use the Small Claims Court if you feel you are not getting to where you want to be with e2save. In addition to your cashback claim you should also add your court costs and it would not be unreasonable to add the costs of the calls you have made to them in an endeavour to recoup what it yours.
Rebbeca.e2save - Whilst it is in part credible that you are answering queries on here, I note that you are doing so selectively. Your customers want to know why you are making it so complicated for them to claim their cashbacks. They, and I would like to know what you are proposing to do to make your nightmare terms and conditions more palatable to joe ordinary? When will you answer these questions Rebecca? What is your company proposing to do about its unwieldly terms and conditions? You used to have terms and conditions that were manageable, so why is it that they cannot be made so now?0
