It seems that if you cancel within the 12 months, or charge tariff, or get disconnected, maybe due to insufficient funds in your bank account, that you would be charged £50. A 12 month contrqct is just that, ie you can cancel so that the contract ends within the 12 month period. Most people give 30 days notice to quit at the end of the eleventh month. However, to my mind there is nothing to stop you from writing to the network and telling them on day 1 of the contract that you want the contract to end on the last day of the 12th month.

They can legally change the terms for a new connection. But what they cannot do is say change from four to five cashback claims for a customer on an existing contract. That would be breach.

Hmmmmm.......a 0871 number? Unfortunately even O2 customers who have contracts before 27th April won't be able to use their inclusive free mins to call this number. It will be chargeable.

same here, i ordered the 'Samsung D600 Chrome Clearance Price Match' with 12 months free line rental.
On an email sent to me it tells me to send cashback claims to this address:

    PO BOX 4311, DUNSTABLE, LU6 9BJ

However on the claim for that i downloaded it states to send all of the claims to:

    PO BOX 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE.

    Which one is correct?

Probably the latter, but ring to check. If you read the terms of the "price match" offers, it states to ignore the welcome pack vouchers and terms they send you generically. Remember, the terms for these "price match" offers from e2save are completely different and much more harsh.

Although it is not as simple as that as 'Dunstable' wasn't from the standard T&C's (although it is in there), rather it is quoted in the e2save email with 'price-match' T&C's ---- Then later they send out the vouchers showing Crewe.
