Hi Drunkstar
I'd be very grateful if you could please give me your advise on the following. I'm out of contract and on Option 1 for phone and Option 3 for BB so paying total of £38 a month - I am going to call that number you have posted (should have done it months ago!! never mind better late than never!!) and just wondering what I should expect to be offered and what I should ask for or push for?
You stated in the previous post ..... 'Vision is no longer offered free as an offer, but there is a new offer that gets a bundles pack for a cheaper price plus teh free conection to Vision.' What is the difference in stating 'vision is no longer offered free' and 'the free connection to Vision' - to me it sounds the same thing, could you please explain.
Thanks very much0 -
Basicly its a free conection on condition of taking some kind of 'extra' on Vision. Like a films park or a kids pack.
As I said your option 1 should drop to £12.99, so see a saving of £5 on your bil. Plus at the mo there is an offer on option 3 that gets it for £11 for 3 months rather than the normal £18.95. May be worth asking. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
Drunkstar, please can you tell me how low BT will go to renew my Option 3 contract? They are currently offering to knock a few quid off but will they go lower as with the other options?0

Current minimum possbile on all the contracts are:
Option 1: £12.99
Option 2: £14.99
Option 3: £19.99
OR
6 months free on an 18 month contract. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
terrym: the printer offer is a set one, nobody can give you better while leting you keep the printer.
If you want Vision and a higher discount more then ring up and ask to talk to COT. You can get Option 2 down to £14.99 and fre vision (assuming its OK on your line).
oldlob, I'm a fella. I always assume the avatar should give me away. lol
Thanks for the advice Drunkstar will give it a try, dont want to leave BT as I have always had good service from them, was with Orange for a few years "What a nightmare":hello:Terry Murphy0 -
drunkstar hi, phoned COT yesterday and spoke to a helpful northern lad who, advised me to hold out until my contract is nearly up (early May) he said call back late March and BT could possibly offer £12.99 free router, free BT vision and possilbly a free Laptop on a years contract on option 1. my question is that doesnt this all sound to good to be true? (i agree with waiting and getting the £12.99 but the rest??? (he also said call back on 0800800030, a different number to the one you are saying, just interested about the number)Great Sage, equal of Heaven.0
