Phone 0800800880, take option 2. Tell them you want a discount on the BB, just be straight up and dont !!!!!!!!. the advisor will put you on the new version of option 3 (normally £24.99 pcm) and give a £5 pcm discount on a new 12 month contract. They will probably offer BT vision for free as well.
easy as that. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -

BT website offers that BT Total Option 3 £25 contract at £19 for first six months, and then £25 for next 12 months (18 month contract). Are you saying by phoning up we can get a 12 month contract discounted by £5 for the full 12months of the contract?0 -
yep, its a save offer from the department you get through to by following the instructions I posted. It is only offered to people out of their BT BB contract and pre-dependent on what tariff you are already on.
Trust me, that team will be happy to do it as it will be quick and easy for them. Nothing like an easy call when you operate in a call center. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -

Thanks for the info, drunkstar. I actually use Zen for broadband. Only pay BT line rental. Do you think i'll still get the deal?0 -

Wouldn't mind option 2 with a home hub phone.
Is this possible?0
