No worry.
Your line rental is £33 inc VAT, thats the cheapest you can get unless you go for online billing which will knock 50p a month off.
The BB you can get down to £38.97 a quarter (£14.99 regrade plus COT £2 discount) in exchange for a new 12 month contract. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
Cheers for that.
Would the broadband be unlimited and could we get things like BT vision etc? They've got cars big as bars

You should be able to gte the vision (assuming your speed is high enough). Its not unlimited, but if you have been geting by on 5gig I dont see why to change unless you expect a serious change in internet habits. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20

Drunkstar,
Unfortunately I upgraded to Option 3 at £24.99 about 3 weeks ago. Is it worth me ringing up as a "disgusted" saying friends (like gavvallance!) had got it cheaper and could I have my £5 back?0 -
Afraid not, sorry mate. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20

Drunkstar - Is it worth using the "Aol give you a free PS3" excuse to get a better deal?
Currently pay about £40 per month for line rental (option 3 anytime) and broadband option 1. Plus about £20 per month in calls. Can't save much on calls but the line rental and broadband i can get down to £24 per month with Sky, Tiscali or TalkTalk. Could BT offer anything similar?0 -
Hi Drunkstar
I with BT on option 3 paying £27.99, moved there after trouble with sky last year. Thinking of moving to o2 for £10 pm but could do without the hassle of changing all my email addresses. What do you think the best deal i could get would be, hoping for £10 a month.
Other option is AOL for a free PS3 for £15pm.
Cheers

Jimmy: the best retention deal on option 1 is down to £12.99. We dont do any PS3 deals though, so we cant compare there. Option 3 line rental is, right now, stuck at £18.95 I am afraid.
Marco: is that just the BB price? Or Bb and line rental? The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -

Move to an email address independent of your isp, everyone should do this.
The above quote is a great thing for your isp as its one more obstacle (hassle) to deter you from moving.
Companies rely on inertia (hassle) to retain customers.Move along, nothing to see.0
