In all honesty I would rather be safe than sorry and I didn't see the other posts as I passed on the comp. Better to have missed a comp for fake fur than enter one that turns out to be real.

I can't see any problem with someone posting on a thread with what they feel is a valid contribution to the competition details

posting 'please don't bump threads' just bumps them again, although sometimes BGs do this to a newbie posting 'thanks for the comp' on lots of threads

out of the thousands of comps that get posted every week it doesn't really happen that much so maybe the best thing to do if you notice someone doing it regularly is pm a BG who could then point out the forum etiquette politely to people who are not aware if someone has made a one off comment on one comp just move on and it will float down the board again nicely
