Sorry for being stupid, but what does NBA mean

Hi all ,
I'm in the process of filling in a "money claim online"
And just had a couple questions ,
1:Thomson was the flight but do I put defendant as Thomson holidays or just Thomson.
Thomson Holidays,
Wigmore House,
Wigmore Lane,
Luton,
LU2 9TN
2:The flight was booked in just my name but I'm claiming for myself and my (now) wife.
Do I need to do two separate claims or just one ?
Many thanks for everyone's help.

You're claim is against the airline, and you cannot use MCOL for multiple claims, you need to complete the N1 form it's all in Vaubans guide. After reading PtL Vaubans Guide , please don't desert us, hang around and help others!
Hi, we’ve had to remove part of your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Thanks for the reply , you say that I can't use mcol for multiple claims however I'm not sure mine is , I'm sorry to keep checking it's just I don't want to make any errors , (read the guide by the way) so the claimant is myself claiming flight delay compo for myself and wife for the same flight.
Does this not mean one claim ?
Also on the online claim form it asks for the "amount claiming for" in pounds yet I believe my claim is 500euros , should I just work this out on today's rate ? And finally it asks for the date I'm issuing the claim ( sounds dumb )but I'm presuming this would be today's date ?
Thanks again0 -
2 passengers = 2 claims. Play safe, use N1.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

Paul's problem is that he is pretty much on the 6 year limitation (he flew 14 Feb 2009) and so I think money claim on line is the better option to make sure it gets issued in time.
I did the one money claim on line for me and the other passengers for which I paid and now have judgment for all of us.0 -

Defendant is Thomson Airways Limited (it's the airline you are suing not the holiday company).
Personally, I'd do the one claim but as you see others have different opinions.
To your questions in the other post, just convert euros to pounds - can do today's rate. Issue date today.
Don't forget interest from 14 Feb 2009 to today (2189 days) plus interest til date of judgment at whatever daily rate.
Daily rate is amount claimed x 0.00022.
By my rough calculations, your daily rate of interest will be about 8p so you'll claim approx £177 interest to today plus about 8p for every day up to judgment.0 -
Indeed time frame is an issue here , thanks again for the replies , I think I shall proceed with the online claim ,
Just on the amounts section, did you put the euro amounts in the claims section because the only option is in pounds ? Or did you work out the equivalent in pounds.0 -

Mentioned euro amount on details of claim but in amount box only pounds.0 -
Had a 6 hour delay to KOS last June. Wrote to Thomson who sent me a three page letter of complete waffle with a summary saying i was not getting a penny.
Took it up with the CAA who within 24 hours got back to me to say that Thomson agreed that i was due compensation - 5 people x 400 euro each!
