If you know the route you flew, the airline, and the date/time then flightstats.co.uk will tell you the flight number. The airline are likely to want you to provide evidence you were on the flight - read my guide on this point.0 -

Great news . Used Bott and Co . Have been on this one for a while now. Received notification today that Thomas Cook have accepted liability for the 9 hour delay Sanford Orlando - Glasgow International 30/07/2011 Flight no TCX927 and I will receive payment in up to 42 days. Bott and Co will not advise how much yet however my claim was for 5 persons.0

Good Evening All,
It's now been just over 2 weeks since my judgement and still no settlement. Other than the challenge they made for clarity on why the judgement was handed down, I have received nothing. The Court copied me in on a 2nd order which again asks them to pay me. I guess that was there clarification which I received that yesterday. I wonder just what the next loophole they will try and exploit will be. Is there any laid out time frame 14-28 days before I apply for a warrant of control? Or should that even be my next move?
Fairly exhausted by the whole episode now....0 -
Don't despair Jackie, write to them and tell them you will pass your case on to the high courts for enforcement, if you want to be nice that is, otherwise ask the high court to enforce the judgement and send the high court Sherrifs in..
Good luck

I think the time for being nice is over now Novice. I believe if you raised the original claim via MCOL you can also request the enforcement through MCOL as well. But to be fair I'm just waiting on the request for a set aside to fall through the door....0
