Yes two different claims - both were delayed.0 -

You don't have to justify yourself, you are legally entitled to cash.0 -
Has anyone been successful in claiming compensation from Thomas Cook the original flight number was TCX2359 29th September 2013 from Kos to Manchester. After being denied boarding due to the aircraft not being able to accommodate all passengers 32 of us boarded with BMI 23 hours later flight number TCX998. I have been unsuccessful so far I downloaded the template and attached all documents I have also contacted the CAA. The only reason I was given was that it was a technical problem and that I was denied compensation.0

Your choices are do nothing or take legal action. If you take legal action, it's DIY or no win no fee firm.
There is a Thomas Cook address linked from the front page of the FAQs. I always write to the company head office which a google search brings up.
Thanks, I think I will go with a no win no fee firm - but do you think they'd be interested considering it was only me traveling?! I suppose the only real way to find out is to ask.0 -
You don't want to extend the stay, presumably? You want the hearing. So write to the court and ask them to reinstate, in the absence of a formal request. They probably will want to wait until Huzar in May, but worth a go - especially as other courts are still hearing cases ...
Thanks once again Vauban for your advice.
Your correct, I would like to get this hearing back on and running again.
I will write to the court to ask for a reinstatement. Should I be mentioning the fact that the Huzar permission to appeal has now been heard. Don't really want to waste the courts time - I'm not Thomas Cook after all!!!!0
