T-Mobile released this offer in October 2010 and they have done a couple of similar ones since then but with only one Free Booster (not the two of this original deal).0 -
Well I have renewed but on recieving the text to tell me , I then performed speed test & it has immediately dropped to 0.3mbs but "They have not changed anything at all "
. So looks like I will be using my 7 day cancellation clause !

@ Chorlie
Are you still getting the 1.8mbs speeds ?0 -

Are you still getting the 1.8mbs speeds ?
I was when I checked on Friday, my phone is upstairs but will do a speed test later and post my finding.
It sounds like they haven't matched the deal you were on, but the deal they last offered.
I'd phone and complain, telling them you'll cancel if it's not matched.0 -
Why are you guys surprised. I'd already posted about my experience with T-Mobile.
If you are happy with them and want to just renew your contract then call them and select the option to leave T-Mobile. You may get someone in Customer Services but tell them you want to leave. They'll put you through to someone who should be able to renew the contract.0 -

Where on the site does it tell you you have 'Unlimited Data - Free Booster (Well what T-Mobile class as Unlimited)'?
I'm pretty sure I have it (and at 1.8mbps) but I can't see it acknowledged on the site. I'm in two minds about renewing now because some people have kept the speed and others haven't.0
