  • My Bill date seems to be 13th of each month - but my payment due date is - Payment due date: 28-Sep-2011

I have a pac code ready to port out, just wondering when the best time to use this is... so I don't get charged?
if I do it now will they charge me extra? or should I wait till after the 28th Sept? or even... after the 13th of Oct?

I am on giffgaff and have just done 7 speed tests. Here is an average:

    Download: 1161 kbps
    Upload: 78 kbps
    Ping: 165kbps

    Here are the ranges:

    Download: 679 - 1558 kbps
    Upload: 22 - 164 kbps
    Ping: 84 - 372 ms

    Does this sound about normal?

Well just spent half an hour on the phone with them & they are adamant that you are all liars !
My original contract was 600 min 500 texts unlimited internet + the extra booster which I chose as unlimited landline calls .

my "new" contract is 600 minutes, 500 texts plus after arguing I can have unlimited landline OR internet not both !

What did everybody else get ?

T-Mobile released this offer in October 2010 and they have done a couple of similar ones since then but with only one Free Booster (not the two of this original deal).

I was when I checked on Friday, my phone is upstairs but will do a speed test later and post my finding.

It sounds like they haven't matched the deal you were on, but the deal they last offered.

I'd phone and complain, telling them you'll cancel if it's not matched.

Why are you guys surprised. I'd already posted about my experience with T-Mobile.

If you are happy with them and want to just renew your contract then call them and select the option to leave T-Mobile. You may get someone in Customer Services but tell them you want to leave. They'll put you through to someone who should be able to renew the contract.

Where on the site does it tell you you have 'Unlimited Data - Free Booster (Well what T-Mobile class as Unlimited)'?

I'm pretty sure I have it (and at 1.8mbps) but I can't see it acknowledged on the site. I'm in two minds about renewing now because some people have kept the speed and others haven't.
