I wonder when they added the fee to the T&C's. I never remember seeing anything about it when I joined.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

No, me either! Just how much have they made from all those accounts they have closed? Must be an awful lot... good way to make money eh!0 -
They ripped me off like this too.
They must be closing the business down or something as no company would do this for the sake of a few pounds.0 -
I approached them 2 weeks ago about setting up a an account, and integrating software...never had a reply

Hi,
yes they have done the exact same to me, but I'm lucky in the sense that I onbly lost about £5.
When I logged on and my account showed as inactive, I went through all their hoops downloading a form to reactivate, sending them bank statements and utility bills, but then they said that they never got the letter. I read somewhere that they said the exact same thing to another person who sent them the right documents to reactivate their account.
Would some moderator please inform Martin about this company so that he can put a sticky on this site and also include a warning on his weekly email newsletters. I like you are angry with them, and to think that one time I trusted them so much and would even reccomend them to friends.
