I could not find the Primus offers anywhere on the net, regards oap, too late now, but interesting if it is good for future.

Hi oap - this is the Primus website, but there is no mention of any prices, either for broadband or dialup

Primus sounds good, as you say, but I can't help wondering if you are one of their employees?

I wish to confirm that as reported by Alared I have absolutely no connection whatsoever with Primus, (I am retired) but seeing the difficulties that my old compatriots and previously fellow Fast4 users were having, thought I would remind them of the Primus deal. You will notice that I have never once posted on the referrals board, although Primus do give credits for referrals. However I am having second thoughts though about praising the Primus deal, as I remember vividly a certain promoter of E7even who got masses of referrals but had egg on his face when they went belly-up. I have saved money by using this site and that is what it is all about, passing good information on to others. I take no responsiblity for Primus in the future, but here and now I am happy with them.
PS. There is a seperate thread for Primus see link below, this discusses pricing and why they are not advertising the BB service on their website etc. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=3213373#post3213373

F4 members site still stating 'not available'. Find that trying to log on via Member links sent by F4, V21 and NJP will not work and no replies to emails to the info@njpservices.co.uk address. And no emails sent to my speed-mail account to inform what is going on.

2nd monthly payment was meant to be taken 14/10 but latest C/C check has no record of such a transaction being made; 4 days later.

Can connect fine (NEVER above 28.8kbps) but what is it costing me? Who is my contract with? How do I get support when none of the sites sharing the same 'console' skin: F4/V21/NJP or even Biscit will allow me to log on?

Just wondered how Geoffo and other late-2-F4 customers are doing. Have shared experiences with the authorities/consumer w/dogs but nothing doing there neither.

Shouldn't the in-fighting re the Takeover have been reported somewhere in the business press? Cannot see a reference to it outside the ISP forums.

Have you tried logging into your account on the v21 website http://www.v21.co.uk If it works then your now a v21 customer.

Ta Matrix but your V21 link only takes me to a Biscit homepage with lots of ads for various packages but fail to see even an area for logging on....and have spent 10 mins clicking on each option and still cannot find a 'members' area. Can you and if so then where is it???

Have previously been to V21 and found a 'console' skin that is identical to F4 one and attempted logging on but my u/pw have been declared 'invalid' so unable to get any support that way.

So guess I am not a V21 customer and cannot discover if I am still with F4 as their members site is down and their contact page will not allow me to even email them ("you are not authorised to view this page" etc).

Any contact with NJP produces similar responses "not authorised" and/or rejects my log on details.

As said....am still online.......and the bill is overdue....???? Maybe I should be grateful for unpaid unlimited net access....but 'there is no such thing as a free lunch'.
  • I'm also having trouble with Fast4.

My connection success is about 19 failures out of 20 at the moment on good days.

I managed to look at their website last night and was shocked to see that it is now £7.99 a month. Like others , I haven't been able to get onto the members area, which prevents me from cancelling the contract.
I phoned the customer services this morning, and was told a brief history of the various takeovers. I was also told that they (Fast4) had only been allowed to take the number and the name, and they were not allowed to contact any customers.

My last 'bill' to fast4 was for payment on 8th oct, they took the money on the 14th, and this was 4.99. I joined on sept 8th which was when I paid the initial 4.99.

I've written to Biscit, who I was told (by F4) now have my account. I'm waiting to hear what's going on.

Matrix999 mentioned logging on at V21, but I can't find where I do that.

Basically, I feel done, although I know I haven't technically lost anything (yet) apart from internet downtime. I would have thought it would have been good manners to tell customer what was happening.

    Hello Capt Slog

Sorry to hear you having connection problems. Least you got some info from F4 via phoning (I refuse to pay anymore for 0870 nos) but that is very alarming; just dumping customers without any support nor info re who their new owner is. F4 state £7.99 and Biscit state £10.99 for the Unlimited Dial Up that F4 were charging us £4.99 for!!!

I followed Matrix's advice to the Biscit site and whilst no Members area evident, did find email address issued in statement from their CEO for "any problems" whatsoever re FAQ of V21 customers. The FAQa also state original contracts will be honoured....so that should be comfort to those who are now proven Biscit customers.....but what about us??

I emailed my request for info to

    info@biscit.net

as advised by the Biscit CEO and guess what.....

"Delivery to the following recipients failed: info@biscit.net"

Nothing but barriers up against us!

Does Martin know whats going on here???
