Carpy, When did you sign up to Fast 4? I signed up in 2004, The advisor I spoke with at Fast 4 this morning said that some customers may have been transfered to V21 and some will stay with Fast 4.

I got transferred to V21 no choice!!! oap

i only joined them a few weeks ago

I joined at the end of August this year and I'm with fast4. It seems the recent ones are staying with fast4, and the old'uns are with V21. It doesn't seem to matter much - it's difficult to connect whoever you're with!

fast4 website now back online but members area not working!!

just noticed as well that the anytime package has now gone up to £7.99.......i guess i will be paying more next month then......well if the service improves if not i'm off!!!

This is getting beyond the joke...The service we are getting is terrible!! It took me over 1hr 30 mins to get connected this evening!

Going to try calling Fast 4 in the morning to see whats happening now and find out about the new BB packages there supposed to be releasing.

This package is no longer availble at £11-99 from V21/Biscit.

I believe that the £4-99 deal thats been running this year was purely designed to increase number to make it more appealing to sell off to Biscit and NJP services.
What I would advise is to keep checking your account (I know Fast4 are having trouble accessing their area)and to make sure it`s showing the correct payment DATE and AMOUNT (£4-99)

A price rise is certain (it`s already taken place for new customers joining Fast 4 @£7-99)
Earlier this year I was paying £6-99,`til I spotted their new offer of £4-99 for new members
I complained and they dropped my payment to the same.
I can see it easily being increased back to £6-99 (maybe more),then it`s down to each of us what to do.
Trouble is,who do you go to????????????????

Just got off the phone to Fast 4 and can confirm that Fast 4 have no customers left!!! All customers that were with Fast 4 before the change over to Biscit have moved to V21.

Fast 4 is now a brand new ISP with no customers at the moment and will be setting up new BB/Dial up packages in the next few days which I've been told will be the cheapest in the UK.
