Morning Westy! Morning all!
I too was all hopeful this morning of finding if Michelle has had a little girl or a little boy. These things don't half take time, huh!
I was a good girl last night and made a lovely lamb curry. It's actually a chicken curry recipe by Delia which uses up left over chicken, but I cooked some lamb for it specially. It smells utterly gorgeous and the taste is fantastic, even if I do say so myself! There are several portions of it but I'm building up quite a collection of portions in the freezer, which will be v.handy when I go back to that place called w***.
The carpet shop yesterday held no magic for me...what was on offer just looked a bit brash and a bit high in nylon content. There are other carpet shops to go to, but I do find it quite a lacklustre exercise.
I hope everyone has a fantastic day. I am really jealous of Ginger Girl (or was it Gingin??) who is off to the Natural History Museum today - I LOVE that place, it is utterly amazing!
Bye for now

:hello: Goooood Morning
Michelle - still sending posi vibes your way ((hugs))
Busy day ahead, mainly cooking and printing with a bit of housework thrown in for good measure.
Off out tonight for the Open Evening which should be great fun; need to get there early to help d11yo set up his table/display/food.
Still stumped on what to do about tomorrows non uniform day as far as the lads wearing something pink is concernedbut hoping I'll have a lighbulb moment at some point today. If push comes to shove, I'll make a pink ribbon to pin on their tops.
Have a good day one and all ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Good morning
I too was hoping for some new baby news. It's so exciting (but I will leave it to other people!)
Last night I was like a whirlwind dashing round the house giving every room a tidy. Also got a load of washing done.
Work again today. Had not a bad day yesterday. Spent about 3 hours in meetings which is always a good skive (who said that?) as they always just turn into a bit of a chat
No plans for tonight. Off tomorrow so will get my jobs done then.

Morning Guys!
Hope Michelle is Ok.
Queenie-My DD hates pink so when she did her non uniform last week, we bought some pink hairspray and just did a couple of sprays in her hair...dunno if that helps
Slept well last night:D
We too have parents evening tonight. We are seeing 14 teachers and have 4 mins with each:eek:    .....DD is staying with friends whilst we go.
Anyway, back to today duties......WM is on, DW emptied, rubbish out, recycling out, toilet cleaned and floors swept. OH has to give toilet another coat and is looking great so far.
Back at the hospital today then we may go to the cinema.

Morning OSers :hello:
Hope everyone is having a good day so far. And I hope Michelle has news for us soon :j
I've just spent a peaceful 15 minutes in the bath checking my bruises. Like a complete @rse last night I had a fight with the DW before bedtime (forgot I left the door open - spun round to say something to OH - crashed to the floor taking the loaded bottom draw and my dignity with it).:o Bruised ankles where is hit the door and elbow and shoulder where I hit the floor. OH said it was a good job I'm so well padded or I'd have broken something. Gee, thanks love!
Lots to do today. I'm looking forward to this afternoon. On a Wednesday I go into DH's school to lead a reading group. We're reading about Victorians at the moment, so I'm taking a photo of my Victorian G Grandma. Splendid women, very Old Style, but she didn't really have a choice
Brownies later. I've just remembered I'm down to help this evening. It's only the second time I've helped. The first time was a nightmare - 420 screaming pre-teens wielding glue and glitter (maybe it wasn't quite that many - but it just seemed like that through my headache:rolleyes:
Anyway, I'd best leave you to get on with your day.
Hope Michelle and baby are happy and well. Hugs to all.

Morning everyone
hope Michelle is doing o.k
well yesterday went a bit sideways iyswim after years of pushing I finally got ds1 (15) tested for dyslexia and yes he is dyslexic but because no-one would listen to me he has had no help a senior school so he is now likely to fail all his gcse's, so now I have to try and sort some extra help for him in the hope that we can salvage something, plus I need to push to get the other 2 kids tested as they show some traits too
jobs today wm on
bins and recycling out
make a cake
packed lunches done
then just get everyone up ready for school and w**k and it's raining here so it's really dark and gloomy

Good morning everyone,
Michelle said her OH was going to email (i think) Pen Pen when they have their news, so hoping to see something soon, hope its all gone well!!!
Well, for the first time in months and months i have a whole day off!!!!! Little one has her grandparents down, so they are taking her out today, so im going to make the most of my day and start my xmas shopping!!!! I know what i want, but its not very often i get chance to go in on my own, so there is always someone peeking to see what im buying!!!!
Should really come back and do some cleaning, but im going to treat myself to an non-OS lunch (not sure what yet, but might be a salad from Morrisons, one of those you help yourself, i can normally get enough for 2 meals in a regular bowl, as long as the lid shuts, they dont mind!!!!) and i might even have a long bubble bath with a book!
Right, better go and get my 2 moving and make their lunches,
Hope everyone has a lovely day
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0
