DD because she is 3, wasn't quite so mega awful about it, but when we went out she kept pointing at bikes and in no so subtle ways indicated that as it was her birthday and we had said she would have a bike for her birthday then where was her bike ... I don't blame her in the slightestHalfords needless to say have had a stern e:mail and I'm not chuffed.
Moving onward from that, we had an ace dayShe enjoyed playgroup, we came home and DH made her a birthday cake (cos he "promised" her one, and in my eyes ... promises NEVER EVER get broken), so whilst he hasn't made a cake in over 20yrs (his words), he made it, with an "ickle" supervision from the pair of us (DD got him all the ingredients, LOL), it was a bit wibbly wobbly, but tasted good

Tomorrow, we will be back to the DIY and OS ... but for today ... ah well.GC - March 2024 -0
