Pooky you inspired me to tackle my wardrobe:eek:
 Sorry about that! lol. Got 2 sacks of rubbish from mine....well not rubbish but about 6 pairs of shoes that rub or are too tight or I just don't wear anymore plus a few tops that really must go to the recycling bin. Mine's one of these big built in things you could get lost in - I keep all my bedding in there too so had a good sort out and got rid of loads of old pillowcases and bobbly sheets...anything that had a bit of life left has gone in my fabric bag incase it comes in handy as something else.
Best of all tho I found the christmas tags that I lost last year - which is a good job cos I'd lost the ones I cut out last christmas too.....:T"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

Made lemon and garlic chicken with home made potato wedges for tea which everyone seems to have enjoyed.
Still have mountains of ironing but intend to nag DH for new ironing board as mine is past it - not so much collapsible as "completely collapsed!!"""This site is addictive!"

Good evening...she said in a hollow moaning voice (well it is halloween).
Just thought I'd pop in!
I've been quite busy today really. We got one of those adverts for a veg box this morning .Couldn't believe how expensive it was! £10 for 2 people's worth of fruit and veg! It did inspire me to go down to the veg patch and pull up some parsnips ,pick some brussel sprouts, courgettes(almost over now) and spinach though. Then I noticed it was getting a bit weedy in places so I had to have a good go with the hoe. Then I looked up and saw the empty washing line ,so had to go in and get the laundry to hang out.
After all that it was lunch time so I ate that and thought about making biccies . I ended up making a sort of oaty crumble slice with jam that I think came from one of the recipes here (I save them in my misc text folder if I think I will make them) . They turned out quite tastily . :T
Have a spooky Halloween all,

Evening everyone :hello:
I feel so much more mellow today. Probably due to me having taken my class swimming  - they all survived and they all seemed to have a good time. It also meant that we missed 2hrs of school......... that's how I sold it to them, not only that it's a requirement in the National Curriculum, but that they didn't have "proper" lessons while we were out!
I also think that it's due to me now knowing that I can see a light at the end of the tunnel with my job with the possibility of going travelling next year.
DH is currently at a "team building" exercise at the company that he works for, but should be back by 7.30pm. Supper tonight is a pizza, I'm afraid.... but it was in the yellow sticker section, so does that count? :rotfl:
Penny Pincher - hope you're feeling at little better?
Ticklemouse - best of luck with the big launch........ and can you tell us what it is, please?!

Good evening all, haven't had time to post much at all today. I started the day with a chicken in the SC by the time we had it at 6.45 it was falling apart! Nice though.
Have tried to be OS today as much as poss and even made a cake with DD3 which is going down very well with all members of the household.
I am sorry that you are poorly Pennypincher - hope that tomorrow is better for you.
Have started to send out my sold stuff to Ebay customers who paid in cash or PO. Still waiting for other cheques to clear, still waiting for some folks to actually pay!
