You fill it in online then they send a cheque with a few weeks.

No vouchers here, just the bills. And you can submit them online.

option to send via email, with all T&Cs, is in 'useful links-customer service-cashback' part of mobiles.co.uk

just did first claim and was received, processed and authorised very quickly - within hours. just waiting for cheque now.

Did another claim via online a week-and-a-half ago and just waiting for cheque.
Submitted on a Sunday, acknowledged on the Monday, but not accepted until Wednesday this time.

Should have cheque by next Friday at the latest.

Cheque arrived in this afternoons post, so 12 days from submitting online until receiving - very fast this time.

If only it was always like this. I'll be claiming next month via e2save (CPW again) and they'll be doing well to match this. Also claiming again next month via Buymobilephones and it will be October before they pay.

Great service from this company so far, 2 claims/bills submitted online, confirmation received and cheques received within timescales.

I sent my cashback claim through the website link on Friday with downloaded Orange .pdf bill attached, immediately had email confirmation that they had received my claim. Had further 3 emails today (Monday) 'bill received and booked in' and later 2 emails sent at the same time 'claim approved' and 'claim paid'.

I won't assume anything until the cheque is received and the remaining 4 cashbacks are claimed OK at 3 month intervals over the next year, but so far so good.

UPDATE: 2nd cashback claim submitted online Wednesday evening, immediate email acknowledgement 'Bill Received', Thursday 9.09am email 'Bill Received and Booked In' and at 10.10am 'Claim Paid' and cheque has been issued. Cheque took 10 days last time to arrive.

You can see from my previous posting above, and other postings at the time that I bought from mobiles.co.uk last November, that I was concerned about the cashback system being a problem (and nearly cancelled after reading comments on here) but so far it has been very straight forward. I hope that this 'success' carries on for my remaining 3 claims.

Same experience for me so far and most of the recent posters on here.

However the business models of companies like this is to be able to offer such competative 'free month' cashback schemes is for a certain % of customers not claiming or not claiming properly. If the cashback for most people (doing it by the rules) is now so successful then maybe either they'll start being awkward again or have to reduce the amount of 'free months' etc.. to compensate.
