Hmmm.... interesting idea! In fact, I actually order for several people (quite a few from here) and then make sure they don't miss a step. In return I get the TCB money - but no flowers!

Unasked long-time question now answered. Good on you ! Benefit all round :beer:

    I've been Money Tipped!
Cheque arrived yesterday (later than normal, but not their fault due to all the Bank Holidays).
It was for the original correct amount of £102 (17 x £30 / 5), though the VAT adjustment wasn't added. Not too bothered to be honest, but they were very quick off the mark when the VAT was reduced!!!

Like I said earlier, a slight small hiccup where I can only assume they mixed my claim up with someone elses, someone who has a "half price line rental" deal. This was quickly sorted and an apology given, though it does show how errors can arise (on their behalf). I was informed that a page was missing from my bill, again possibly because they got my claim mixed up and sadly someone else may have missed a page. They did inform me of "my error" (not), so hopefully they have informed the correct person and their claim went through ok.
I always staple every page needed together to eliminate any such problems as above and once pointed out they very quickly accepted my claim - just beware. ;)

Just to pass on my experience (so far) of claiming my cashback from mobiles.co.uk.

Took out 24 month Orange phone contract with mobiles.co.uk last November with 16 months free, ever since I've been concerned about the claiming process even after reading, getting advice and contributing to some relevant forums on here.

I sent my cashback claim through the website link on Friday with downloaded Orange .pdf bill attached, immediately had email confirmation that they had received my claim. Had further 3 emails today (Monday) 'bill received and booked in' and later 2 emails sent at the same time 'claim approved' and 'claim paid'.

I won't assume anything until the cheque is received and the remaining 4 cashbacks are claimed OK at 3 month intervals over the next year, but so far so good.

When submitting the copies online I am asked to give the Order Number.
However, in the paperwork I see only 'Invoice', 'Transaction' and 'Customer No'.
There is some number in the subject of the confirmation e-mail: "Mobiles.co.uk Order Confirmation 138****", but I don't see this number in the paperwork.

Which number do I quote when submitting my claim online?

Also, I don't see anything on the website about claiming if the number was ported. Do I submit two bills: the first one with the original mobile number and the last one with the ported number?

EDIT: submitted with the number from the e-mail and with two bills. Received instant confirmation by a e-mail. So far so good.

Keep your legs crossed for the ride of your life!

Ported number don't matter (just need to tell them, to be on safe side, when you port what the new number is) -and just need to get that order number from the email (as you have have) and input the rest of the details correctly (postcode, dob etc.).

Being Friday, you might get a response from them today to confirm acceptance of the claim or most likely Monday. Usually happens within 2 - 4 days and then cheque comes within 14 days (so far for me).
